We went 4 years in a row to By the sea apartments. My son grew up there and we made best memories. Maria is the perfect host and she is like family to us. Just few steps to  the sandy beach, very clean room, parking, children playground, beautiful outdoor space

Perfect for families with small kids

The place was great , great for family, small children and people, who want to relax.
The beach ist 30 seconds away from the hotel, there are a lot of places and umbrellas, you will always find a place. 
Maria ( the host) was always friendly and ready to help, speaks English, so you can ask everything you want. 
The apartments were clean and nice , there is everything you need for one great holiday 🍸🥰
We would love to come back again next year:)

We spend great time there ! We love siviri, the sunset and the vibes. The apartments it was very nice nearly to the beach. The apartment was very clean and new. Totally I will come again ask for Maria she was very smile woman

Great location and hospitality

We had an amazing time in By the sea apartments. Close to the sandy beach, everything perfectly clean, playground for children and Maria, the best host. We traveled with a baby and she was so helpful and arranged everything for us. Parking for every apartment, easy to find location, close to grocery store

Perfect stay for families with small children

Maximum clearness, new furniture in spacious apartment. Very big room and nice bathroom. The garden is amazing, with so many flowers. I was enjoying coffee time in the garden. For everything what I needed, I was helped by amazing Ms. Maria.

Maria is a goddess,she can arrange everything for you. Very nice place to stay,good rooms,clean. The beach and sea are very close and nice place for families where coming here for 8 years great people

The plece is really good with really beautiful apartments, well suited and stylish. Beds are real pleasant and tge location is really good.

The yard is great for the kids with toys. There is a private parking for your car.

Internet is amazing. It is the fastest one in al places that I have been in Greece.

And the owner, Maria, she is so welcoming and dedicated to her guests that is a real pleasure to a guest.

If you plan to visit Siviri, just stay here. 

Best place that you can be in Siviri

The host was very hospitable, kindhearted and polite. 
The apartment is in 2 minutes walk from the beach and has all the things needed for 1-2 week stay. It is also decorated quite appealing. 
Overall it left a positive impression. 
Would stay again.

Very nice place to stay

We have been coming to Sivirifor the past several years and we have been to each and every accomodation close to the shore. " By the sea" is by far the best place to spend your vacation. The studios and apartments are quiet, clean, spacious and very well eqiupped. The view from the terrace is excellent. The owner Maria is diligent and helpful as much as she is charming and lovely.

A perfect place to spend your vacation 

Excellent location: The hotel is on 1-minute walk to the beach. Quite place, distanced from the cafes. Surrounded by calm gardens with neatly trimmed lawns. 
Features: Rooms are good, with cute furniture. Little kitchen with everything that you need for vacation. It has is a nice lawn with children toys - so it's perfect for little children. 
Service: The owner is very professional and kind.
