Just returned from a three-night stay at this fine hotel, should have stayed longer. Had a sea view room with large balcony. Room nice size, A/C worked well, room was cleaned every day. Staff and owners were super nice people. the best part of beach actually begins in front of hotel and extends going away from village. hope I explained that correctly. Five-minute easy walk to restaurants, shops. I walked up and down the beach observing different hotels to advise my friends of this area and decided Hotel Asteri was the idea place to stay. We were taken to docks for departing ferry, great breakfast, very Greek, Wife and I just loved this hotel. only place I would stay on return trip. We felt very strongly about best location for beach and village. left the island with fond memories.

Best hotel on the beach

We spent 6 nights in early September at this lovely quiet and small hotel. 

We had a sea view room which had a nice sized balcony, one big bonus of the sea view balconies are they are generally sheltered from the strong Meltemi winds. 

The room was nice and spacious and had all the facilities needed and a nicely fitted out bathroom. 

The location is absolutely fantastic, just steps from the beach in front of the hotel where they have free sun loungers to use for the hotel guests. It’s also a very short walk to the restaurants, bakeries and shops in Livadi. 

If we return to Serifos then wouldn’t hesitate to return to this hotel.

Fantastic friendly quiet hotel

Everything was amazing! The room was absolutely clean and nice. The view from the balcony was amazing with the sea lying in front of your eyes!

The hotel has also the option of sun beds on the beach! 

The stuff was kind and really helpful!

We were there for a week, with our  doughters and their boy friends. All of us enjoyed a lot the stay. Very simple but clean and there is all you need for a fully pleasant stay. 
The owners very kind, the position perfect for visiting the island, the beach comfortable and nice. We are all enthusiastic and hope to come back! Sending a hug to Christine, Adonis and their beautiful sons 🤗!

So beautiful!

I had a wonderful 4 days at the Asteri Hotel. The hotel was easy to walk to, opposite a quiet beach and near to a large choice of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and bakeries. The reception staff were very helpful and provided information about the area. It was lovely sitting on my private porch, feeling the breeze and watched the beach and port area. I would highly recommend the Asteri Hotel.

Charming little hotel close to the beach we spent 5 days there , we had a large room with terrasse and sea view 
Excellent breakfast with local products and homemade by the owner like a great sweet lemon and fig jam ! 
Christina, the owner ,is a very kind person always ready to help and responding to any requests she gives advices on places to visit and can arrange renting car.
We really appreciated the sun beds and beach umbrella on the beach in front of hotel , free for hotel guests 
this is a little paradise ! 

Very NICE HOTEL !

What a wonderful place, the best family run hotel in the harbor town! Christina and her lovely husband genuinely welcome guests with warmth and friendship. Immaculately clean, lovely view of the sea, fantastic breakfasts (mostly homemade!), and you must ask for the Raki drink (or Suma as its made locally) before you go out for a meal in the evening, Christina serves it with the best olives we ever tasted in Greece. The hotel was quiet at night, lovely comfy beds so we always had a good nights sleep. We have lovely memories here that we will cherish for a long time to help us get through the cold wet winters in Wales, hope to visit again soon!

Like staying with Family

We stayed here for 4 nights, the room which was very large, very comfortable bed, lots of storage space and everything we needed. The shower was nice and we had lovely fresh white towels.  The balcony  was overlooking the beach and had 2 comfortable chairs and a drying rack.  Breakfast was very good, lots of choice and good fresh coffee. The staff were very helpful especially at reception and we would highly recommend this hotel, very good value. 

Excellent value, very helpful staff

Although we had booked for 3 nights we had to return home unexpectedly and so could actually only stay for one night. The owner manager was brilliant and made no fuss at all. I think this attitude supports the favourable comments that others have made. Location is great and rooms have great views of either the old town on the hill or the sea. Breakfast was fine and can be taken on the terrace only a few metres away from the beach. It is a pity we could not stay longer but if we return we would certainly be happy to stay there again. 

Very accommodating

A lovely, clean little hotel in a great location, set right on the sandy beach, there are sun beds and umbrellas for the hotel at no charge.   The rooms have air conditioning, a small fridge and a safe and the bed very comfortable.  A big plus was the lovely white fluffy towels!  Breakfast is very good with a good selection of sweet and savoury items.  Christina is charming and she and her husband made us feel very welcome, bringing us a plate of fresh fruit when we first got to the room.  Would definitely recommend
