Kaminaki Beachfront Apartments

I didn't really want to leave this review because Villa Christina and Villa Kyma feel like our own little, special secret. We have stayed in both villas on several occasions and there are no words to explain how special they are to us. Nothing is too much for Christina and her family and they will help in any way they can. We have travelled with four generations of the family and all ( from babies and "teens" to great grandmothers) have had the most magical time. The villas are so private with such beautiful views, but getting to the beach only takes five minutes on foot. Admittedly a little longer, getting back up, but even then, it's only a ten minute walk. We decided not to bother with car hire and the taxis and shopping deliveries never let us down. Water sports, amazing tavernas and boat hire are all within walking distance. The internet is fantastic, which was essential for the "teens" and all the furnishings and the whole "feel" of each villa is relaxed, welcoming and very comfortable. Both villas have a real feeling of space, so we could all find moments of peace and quiet. The outside spaces and pools are wonderful, nestled in the privacy of the olive groves. The lovely cleaning staff are brilliant. We have stayed in many villas, from budget to luxury, and have tried to work out why this is so special. Obviously, the location is breathtaking, but we have come to realise that the personal touch, the fact that this is a family business, makes all the difference to the level of care that you get. Five stars all the way!!!!
