The apartment is in a good location and the apartment buildings themselves are attractive. 
The managers were accommodating with respect to our late evening ferry arrival time. 

There were, though, some issues that spoilt the experience:
The price was increased after we had booked. 
The self-catering facilities were inadequate: No kettle, no toaster, no bread knife, no sharp knife, no chopping board, etc. 
The washing machine that was promised (and was an important factor in choosing to stay here) wasn't available. 
Floors in the apartment were dirty. It was impossible to shower without water going everywhere. 

I would not recommend this accommodation very highly. I think there are better options available. 

Needs some improvement 

We booked a single bedroom apartment for four nights. Convenient location close to one of the Adamas beaches, short walk to a supermarket and probably 10mins walk to the port.
Plenty of storage space in bedroom.
The kitchen equipment was basic and not really equipped for cooking full meals.
Air conditioning plus ceiling fans, and free wi-fi. Two balconies, one with a table and chairs, the other had a clothes dryer.

Compact convenient budget apartment

The pentry was very basic, lacking most of useful kitchen tools. We only made breakfast there, though, so it worked for us. Two separate bedrooms and a small balcony facing a back street. 10 min walk to a very nice beach and 10 min walk to the port and all the restaurants surrounding it. Very close to the main attraction in the area: the Mining Museum. Very friendly and helpful staff, good English skills as well!
