Cozy, Fresh air, Alone, Comfortable, Spacious, Green, Sea view.... the list goes on and on. I have to say i never saw Georgia not smiling, such a wonderful host. The rooms are clean, you have everything you need to cook for yourself, although the food in their taverna is excellent. Wish i was there not for the sea but for the villa. You could spend a couple of days under the shade of the grape vine with a book in you hand.

Cozy, Fresh air, Alone, Comfortable, Spacious

Panorama Villas is the best place you can stay on this island. I’ve visited Lefkada 2 times in 10 years and having seen it all I can say that this location in this part of the island (West) is arguably the best! The property is family-owned and you experience Greek hospitality at its finest! The owner, Mrs Georgia, with her family and stuff are always with a smile on their faces and pay attention to every single detail. You stay in separate traditional fully equipped cottages or maisonettes and being in about 500m altitude you don’t even have to use air conditioning which I consider a huge advantage! The view of the sea is simply magnificent with a breathtaking sunset. The food is delicious, home cooked with fresh ingredients from their own garden! They can even deliver it to your house. The best beaches of the island are in 20-40mins distance from the location. If you plan to visit Lefkada island don’t ever hesitate to stay in this wonderful place! 

Perfection! 

One of the best accommodation we ever had! We've stayed at one of the stone houses of Georgia Villas complex. Everything was just perfect. The house is equip with everything that you need and even more. I don't want to spare words on the view that we had. Shade in the morning and purple sundowns in the evening. Owner of the house, dear Georgia and her son Spartacus, were very helpful with everything, not to mention the perfect seafood saganaki that we had for dinner in their taverna Drimonaki. Simply perfect!

We stayed at Panorama Villas in July 2019 as a family for 4 nights.  It was a truly exceptional place in every way.  A family-run property, it's run by Georgia and her family and staff who are all wonderful hosts, inviting and warm and welcoming from the moment you arrive.

All guests stay in their own stone-cottage house perched on the mountain with incredible views of the sea.  Our cottage had 2 bedrooms, a kitchen/living room, bathroom, air-conditioning and an outdoor patio area to enjoy the views.  There is a restaurant on the property, among all the guest cottages, and this also has an incredible view as well as a delicious menu prepared by Georgia & her staff.  The meals are superb homemade quality food!  It's easy to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner there and never need to leave the property!  Also, you can place an order, and the staff will bring it to your patio for your own private dining experience!  Great local wine as well!  

You can drive anywhere from 20-40min away for various beaches.  Roads are extremely winding and difficult to navigate, but doable if you drive slowly and be patient.  If there's one thing missing from the hotel property itself, it would be a pool...that would truly make it so ideal that you'd never want to even leave for the beach!  

All in all, this hotel offers a great experience at a reasonable price.  As a Greek-American visiting, I can say that this felt like a place a local would stay, and felt like a "real" Greek summer vacation home.   I'd love to go back again sometime.  I know that when I do, it'll feel like coming home again!  Don't hesitate - book this spot!

Exceptional Property & Panoramic Views!

I don’t have words to describe how wonderfully was our staying at Panorama Villas! Georgia (the owner) is an amazing, kind and super woman. She takes care of everything together with her family and her employees. Georgia is also a very talented chef. She cooks amazing! We have stayed there for 10 days and the food was fresh and tasty every single day. Me and my family already miss the loukoumades, the fish and Sofia’s ice cream. 
I also want to mention that I have never met such hospitable people. We had a problem with our car and Georgia gave us their personal car until our was fixed. Also, the mechanic that fixed our car was recommended by Georgia’s sun.

Thank you for everything! We will definitely come back! Lefkada is a wonderful place, we had a great time there.

Stayed at Georgia Villas, very nice family run guest houses on the top of the mountain. Panoramic sea view, crystal air, quiet. 
House is equipped with all one may need during his stay, clean and neat, housekeeping every day. 
Need car to travel to the beach or nearby villages, 
good food in the nearby taverna Drimonaki at Panorama Villas.

Good value for the money!

What to say to describe this magnificent villa? From the amazing view of the blue and the mountains, to the excellent service provided by Georgia, Roula and their family! Everything is spot on! Relaxation at the most eidilic place in lefkada island! Very close to most attractive beaches of the island. Also the restaurant provides with excellent food and the same extraordinary view. Completely independent, extremely quiet, new, with a nice big 2m bed. Hands down,  probably the best accommodation I have had in Greece!

Best ever!

Quiet place on a promontory with a view of the sea ... beautiful at sunset. studios equipped with everything you need. georgia the owner is a very kind lady, as well as her staff; and even in his restaurant everything was excellent. excellent sea bream with grilled vegetables on the grill: P we will also be happy to return to take a swim in the nearby beaches with crystal clear waters.

Beside the fact that the cottages are located at a perfect geographical position when looking at the map of Lefkada, they are also equipped with everything (and more) we needed/expected for our stay.

On top of that the family running this business made our stay an unforgettable experience as the offered service was courteous and friendly.
(They cook really good food at their taverna for very fairly prices)

Overall, we are more than happy that we have chosen to stay there and can only recommend this for everyone who likes to have vacation at a quiet place, far away of any annoying tourism
