We rented a car from Corfu airport and wanted to spend some quiet time between the two of us. Studio Christina is a just out of the way enough so that you can spend a very relaxing time there or take your car and go for some sightseeing around the island at your leisure. Christina and her husband are very welcoming and helpful, very nice and available. We would highly recommend going there wether you are a couple or a family as the beach is within walking distance (15min).
The swimming pool is lovely if you ever wanted to satay there for the day. The place is very well maintained and clean.

Very relaxing and enjoyable

The accommodation was basic but there was constant hot water. A few more cooking utensils would have helped, and the beds were a bit thin, but the owner was very lovely and made up for it. The accommodation is clean yet there is no private washing line, so you use a communal one. Views from the pool of the mountains were amazing. It is a 10 minute walk to both Ipsos and Dassia. Best not to get a taxi there as they are slightly expensive and literally a short walk away. Bit hard to find but if you take the left hand turn on the bend before entering Ipsos it is 10 mins walk away. Best to get groceries in Ipsos. The East side of the Island is more expensive than the west side but you do have access to boats which is why we went. However if there are thunderstorms (which is often) sailings can be cancelled. Both Iposo and Dassia are pebbly for about 2 meters and then turn to sand. Dassia being easier to get in the sea and we found cleaner. Take a trip to  Old Perithia town in the mountains, pretty amazing. Worth hiring a car for couple days. The East coast is much calmer than the west sea wise but the beaches are nicer in West.

Relaxing, clean,quiet, owner lovely, nice pool and  good location for exploring island

We stayed here in July 2016. The owner, Christina is very friendly & speaks good English, but we felt she pretended the credit card machine was not working as she wanted paying in cash. This was fine, but just say so, no need to mess us around pretending it didn't work! 
There was no information pack in the apartment, so no details of local things to do, no wifi code, no details of how to get down to the seafront, or how to hire a car etc. We worked this all out for ourselves, but would have been good to have had this sort of information handy when we arrived. Wifi only works around the pool area, not down the bottom where our apartment was!
Anyway, a very relaxing location. The pool area is lovely. Very well kept gardens. The pool itself is well maintained. No traffic noise and a view of trees and mountains. Perfect for relaxing in the sun. However, some of the sunbeds could do with replacing as they are starting break. This did not affect us as we had the pool to ourselves most days and didn't have to worry about the dreaded reserving of sunbeds with our towels! There are no parasols, but there are shaded areas. 
Our apartment was a little disappointing. It was kept clean enough, but we booked a 2 bed-roomed apartment and it was very small in the lounge area. The bedrooms were fine in size, and the air con was great, as was the bathroom, but the living area had only enough space for one armchair, and a small table up against a wall. The kitchen was ok, but as we find in lots of self catering places, not enough knives, only 3. Plenty of randomly sized glasses, but no pint or wine glasses. Lots of random pans you will probably never use, but no tea towels or dish cloth provided. We find this is quite typical of SC apartments. The hob/microwave/grill was used a few times to make toast/fry an egg etc. The kettle was awful and needs replacing immediately. The cord was taped with masking tape. Probably best not to try and make an actual evening meal. This didn't worry us too much as we always eat out. 
The outside area of the apartment was nice. There was a table and four chairs. We ate our breakfast there every morning in the shade. Almost perfect, but the chairs had been painted to spruce them up a bit, and the paint would come off and attach to your skin. 
I would recommend a car if you want to get around the island a bit. We did this for a couple of days. But you can also catch a bus from the centre of Ipsos. 
All in all our holiday was what we expected. Relaxing location, nice pool, but apartments could do with a little upgrade. The gardens are beautiful though.
