Galilaios Guesthouse

This is a lovely small hotel. Approximately 10 rooms that are very clean and well kept by the Galalilaios family. Completely family run and operated, there is attention to detail and very warm and consderate care given to the guests. Much of the food and drink served is produced on the property, from the eggs at breakfast to the glass of wine from their own vineyard. Although it was early Spring, the gardens and entrance were beginning to bloom and were very appealing. There are numerous attractions in the area, from the city of Kastoria to the monestaries in the nearby mountains, that are many hundreds of years old. The proprieters, George, Guss and Mennie, could not have been more friendly or accomadating. My wife and I look forward to another visit in the future.
