What was good

I liked the inside of the hotel and the outside space. The receptionist that did the check-in and check-out, was the only professional at that hotel. She should definitely give a training to the rest of the employees, across all departments.

What was bad

So many things, but i will focus on the 2 most important ones. We came back from a wedding around 2 o'clock in the morning. We drove down the car park, but the gate was closed. As there are some cameras outside the car park, we thought someone is going to come to check if we are residents of the hotel and open the gate for us. Unfortunately, after 15 min, we figure out that it is not how this hotel works. We drove all around the block again, as the road outside the hotel is one way. I went to the reception and asked the receptionist, why the car park is locked? and if he can open the gate for me. He says that one of the employees has to drive with us to the car park to open the door for us. I went outside, and ask my father to drive back to the car park, and to my surprise I see one of the staff employees asking me where to seat, as he is coming with us to the car park to open the door. I don’t think I have to say anything further about it. Second point is BREAKFAST. Terrible, it felt that we went back to the 80’s. You will not find majority of the things you are considering as standard in any other hotel. Choice is limited, and quality is average,and the service extremely slow. This is not a 5-star hotel, but more a 3-star hotel.
