Don't believe everything u read..go see for your self! So we did!! after a delayed flight arriving past midnight we arrived to be greeted by michael(receptionist) who was polite,welcoming and helpful.As we missed the evening meal,the hotel made us some sandwiches to make sure we ate and some bottled cold water .which was very much appreciated. Entering the room it was clean and spacious,plenty of room for 2.we had double bed and also a single.view wasn't the best,over looking main street but we wasn't planning on being in the room much, beds comfy and Aircon(free not like most places) was definitely a bonus as the week went on 45+degrees. Room was cleaned everyday. Entertainment every day from 10am at the pool, mainly for kids but everyone got involved .the 3 young ppl that were doing Entertainment was fab, they was there on and off from 10am till 10pm, everyday.mainly spoke in Greek and Polish but very good English also.. All inclusive food. Not to everyone's taste but u always found something to eat.and in that heat the Greek salad became a favourite. You got breakfast, lunch ,afternoon snacks and tea...also ice-cream all day.along with free bar from 10am..local beers and spirits and a few cocktails..couldn't complain 😉. Would I stay again...absolutely. . The staff here are new, it's a whole new team so I think bad reviews came because of this..like anywhere with a new team,time is of the essence..there still learning themselves..but where polite,helpful and very friendly .so would like to thank chef,bar staff and receptionist for being amazing...big shout out to MANO..VASSO..GLANNIS .CET AND MICHAEL .5stars from us for the amazing hospitality.
