we stay at this villa in august, for 7 nights. we made the rezervation on booking. first disappointment was about the room - the room we received was not like in the pictures from booking. maybe the rooms from the first (an only) floor were like those on the booking. second disappointment was about the location. it was near the beach, but very far from civilization and shops, and tavernas. and the third disappointment was about the breakfast. it was every day the same !! exactly the same dishes - boiled eggs, yelow cheese, ham, tomatoes, pepper,olives, yougurt, cereals, butter,jam, honey, coffee and limonade. 
the room was clean, the owner was friendly, the location was quiet ( it is in the middle of an olives forest!). another unpleasant thing was the presence of extremely many wasps. the owner was struggling every mornings at breakfast  to chase them away.

not what we expected

Friendly owner, very helpful, stayed late in the night waiting for us and helped us carrying the luggage. Quiet location, near the beach (150 m), nice swimming pool, free parking space at the pension, all told it was ok, but only if you want to stay in a quiet place, far away from the hustle of a resort, it is very good for families with little kids, very good beach (the water was lukewarm, not cold like on other beaches and it was sand in the water, not rocks).
The room was not maintaned clean (they didn't sweep the floor, we had to ask for a swab to sweep the floor, they changed the clothes only once in ten days, they came every other day to take the garbage and we needed every day),far to supermarket (4 km away)

Nice and quiet place to stay

Me and my friends we spent 5 wonderful days away from the city noise! The family that the apartment was very hospitable and friendly! The rooms are clean as well as the pool! The sunset from the tavern, which is a few meters below the prasoudopetra was enchanting!
