Been visiting this hotel several times during  the years. This time we were 
satiesfied  with the spa section. Then on the other hand the room was ok but the pillows were awfull, made a noise like it was made out of paper. 
The breakfast earlier years has been very good, this year not good at all. It’s a buffet and  not much to choose between. You only got one plate and on that you had your eggs, salami etc and also your cake afterwards 
Normally you change plates 
Staff in the breakfast area not very friendly and helpful. 


Not satisfied but 

It’s not the first time stayed  at the 4 Seasons. 
I was there Easter weekend April 15/16. I was in a suite in their new building. I found it difficult to go to my room and use the spa facilities having to walk outside and up and down stairs to the other building in chilly rainy conditions especially after bathing. 
Besides the ultra decadent room  decor  the bed was rock hard. The bathroom toilet is high off the ground, the towels were unreachable , the soap, shampoo dispensers out of reach from the bathtub that sprayed water everywhere when one showered. The bathroom was very poorly brought together to the convince of its users however pretty it is. 
The spa/pool  is ok , it definitely needs a few upgrades, but only has ladders to access the waters which are difficult for older people. 
We went down at 9:15 am for breakfast and everything was emptied except for beans, custard , mushrooms and cake. There was not enough staff for a holiday and 20 minutes later a few eggs were added and some yogurt. When you charge double the price for a holiday rate then you should also anticipate more people and book help accordingly. I have to add that there were some tables that apparently got to the dining hall earlier and I saw platters of pita, meats , cheeses and eggs on their tables. 
Their coffee though was a pleasant surprise. 
Unfortunately I will look elsewhere on my next visit to Pozar. 

Disappointed

We choose 4 epoxes hotel every time we visit Loutraki. Rooms are always clean and comfortable.The spa with it's pool, jakuzi, sauna and hamam is very nice,but it is a bit overcrowded in high season and weekends.Staff is always polite and friendly! Breakfast has  variety and quantity,but the last 2 years is not that tasty and lacks quality. They could be 5/5 with small changes.It is a descent choice,though.

winter destination

A warm and friendly environment. Only minutes away from the pozar hot  Baths and all nearby restaurants, this hotel is a lovely place to relax with the family as it offers clean and safe facilities. All staff was friendly and polite. The rooms were spacious,clean, warm and well maintained. Very good Internet and plenty of tv channels to choose from. We also used the restaurant a few times with satisfaction. Thank you 4 seasons.

Winter holidays 2019

It was the perfect place to stay! Comfortable, warm, polite personnel always willing to serve you and absolutely clean everywhere! The breakfast was totally satisfying, the room spacious but the best spot was the spa room! For sure we will visit it again!!!

Pure satisfaction!!!

We stayed just for a night at 4 seasons. The Hotel is well taken care of and the room we stayed in was airy, very clean and looking very new. The style of the Hotel is Boutique, so some people consider it a bit flashy, but that's just a matter of taste. Only issue with the room is that the air conditioning makes a noise if you run it on the "high" speed. The spa with it's pool, jakuzi, sauna and hamam is very nice, considering it was included in the price of the room. Breakfast was quite varied, but a bit "flat" and missing local specialties... We would prefer it was less varied and more tasty. Same goes for the coffee and orange juice. With a little more effort they could be 5/5, but still 4 seasons is one of the good choices in the area.

A very good choice for the area of Loutraki (Pozar)

We stayed here for 2 days (1 night) only, but it was enough to evalute the quality of the hotel. It is situated very close to the spa-resort Loutra Pozar: 5 min by car, or a bit more if you want to walk till there. The hotel is cozy and big enough. It has a swimming pool outside and a whole spa area inside. As for spa, it has a pool, jacuzzi, hammam, sauna, it offers massage therapy, - a very nice place to relax. The rooms are comfortable, clean, ours had a fireplace.  There are bathrobes and slippers offered. Breakfast was rich enough. As for a few disadvantages: very few hooks for towels in the bathroom (only two in a double room, when we needed 4-6, considering the number of towels (4) and bathrobes (2); and there is no grounded coffee for breakfast, only instant. But as far as the hotel has only 3 stars, I think the location, interior, rooms, spa facilities and breakfast are on a very good level. I would be back there.

Cozy hotel with spa facilities

We stayed there for two nights. Comfortable room, very warm, with good breakfast. Situated just outside of the village of Loutraki. The village is small, just few taverns and hotels and guesthouses. About one kilometer from loutra- one can walk there as there is a very comfortable pavement all the way. 
The hotel lays not on the main road with a comfortable parking opposite. There is a indoor and outdoor pool, small gym and small spa. Overall it presents very good value for its money. 

Wellness weekend 

Cozy hotel, very good local food, clean in and outside pools, wonderfull view to the mointain. Located near the village Loutraki pozar where you could find some taverns and shops. The hotel is also near a pool and restaurant by a river in the wood and not very far from the Edessa waterfalls - an amasing nature fenomenon!
