What was good

I needed to visit "Arri" company located just behind your hotel within 3 minutes walking distance. Perfect

What was bad

We never knew that there were two Rilano hotels side by side with 3 stars and 4 stars. 3 star did no have air conditioning while 4 star has. My original booking was made on 3 star without knowing it does not have A/C. The first night was horrible without it before moved to the 4 star. It should have been known at the time of booking on with or withiout A/C.
