I apologize to any non English speakers, but this is much easier to explain in my first language. This is the worst restaurant I have ever been too. I can not describe to you how awful it was: everything you do not want in a buisness. We had to wait nearly 20 minutes before a member of staff even noticed us. We managed to get the order through to one of the waiters, although this came with its fair share of problems as the waiter serving us didnt even seem to understand German, let alone English. We waited over an hour to get completely average food. They served 3 out of the 4 of us food. We seemed to excuse this as maybe that food just took a little longer to cook (bearing in mind we had already waited for over an hour) but no, they just did not serve this food at all. The staff we unwelcoming and rude. We decided to cancel the order, but the waiter decided to throw the food down on the table, saying something along the lines of: "well you ordered it!". I was disgusted by the way she and the other staff treated me and my family. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF GOING HERE, UNLESS YOU WISH TO BE IGNORED AND BE DISRESPECTED. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS TERRIBLE RESTAURANT.

So by far one of the worst hotel I know. But let me start with good points first. The hotel is big and clean, more like a transient house. They give chocolates and candies for compliments. €86 for one night for 3 people, not bad.  However, we got troubles for this hotel. First, we waited 30 mins out in the cold for someone to open the  hotel's door even we called 3x to confirm we have a reservation, they speak English so I know they did understand me. At night,  you will hear footsteps and the sound from the next room which is understamdable because it's an old wood house,fine! But the toilet and douche is for petite person only LOCATED OUTSIDE/SEPARATED in the room,not indicated in the web. We asked for 1 queen bed and single bed BUT we got 3 single bed. We were too tired to complain that night and nobody answered in the reception we just found a way to stick the bed together. We paid 2x because they said booking.com did not comfirm the payment when infact it is already paid.. In short,  we didn't like this hotel and so much trouble and it's sooo Noisy THAT I CAN'T SLEEP ENOUGH BECAUSE OF THE FOOTSTEPS I HEAR OUTSIDE BY THE PEOPLE GOING TO THE TOILET DURING THE NIGHT! seriously!  But thanks for opening the door for us though!!

Not so welcomed

There is nothing bad to say about Dino's it really is a home from home. The staff were fantastic the hotel is supper clean and breakfast (€7) each and was delicious this establishment is disability aware and has free parking and WiFi. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending. Enjoy!!

Wonderful

Staff was nice and able to serve us in both english and french (although I received a bit of a scowl when I dared to ask for a glass of tap water..which would be completely normal where we come from but apparently quite the "faux pas" over there - lesson learned). Parking was tight but staff was helpful with it. Breakfast was simple (juice, bread/jams, slices of processed meat and cheese). Room was cozy.

Didn't really appreciate being made to wait a long time in order to handle our check out. The girl kept talking on the phone for about half an hour+...we thought we'd give her time so we went back to our room to bring our luggage out to the car but she was still at it when we came back (the call seemed personal but I could be wrong since she spoke another language). Had to point at our watches in order to get her to finally hang up. Staff should be more sensitive to the limited time tourists have in their country.

Okay but ..

The hotel is next to a relatively busy road. Beds are too short (1m90). Poor breakfast. We had dinner here as well, which was OK. Lots of insecs flying around, and uninterested staff that does not seem to speak neither German nor English.
