Excellent VALUE, friendly, QUIET location & VERY CLEAN , comfy beds, down a lane a few hundred metres from Old Town of Tbilisi, accessible by foot to everything in Old town right near the old square . Ride Share vehicles can access street unlike some properties down laneways - a Spanish traveller we met recommended it, pristinely clean & very comfortable, new a/c ✅ , our room had no window but others did, shared bathroom x2 for just 4 private rooms, no dormitories. It has a great little kitchen with utensils, fridge, small seated area & friendly hosts ( who were happy to help but limited English- this was NOT a problem though) there was also an English speaker available when we phoned them prior to our stay
