President Plaza Hotel is within a 15-minute drive to Batumi airport.

Beautiful hotel with good location. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean and cozy. Its close to the  central boulevard and beach. Highly  recommend it for good rest with  your family or for business trip!

nice hotel

I stayed for 5 nights at this hotel and really enjoyed it. The location is ideal for exploring the city. The room was clean and had all the required extras, however , the aircon did not work well and the desk staff told me that they are aware of it and waiting for repair.The stray dogs in the city are a huge problem , barking all night and many dog fights. Batumi City need to take action here as there is often dog poop on the pavements.

Lovely hotel in perfect location

Our check in was unprofessional and boring !! 
This hotel has no lobby. You should walk a few steps to get the elevator.
Reception staff are totally unprofessional. 
Room cleaning is good. 
The room was quite large and clean.
Breakfast is very limit.
I love the location, hotel is located in the heart of the renovated old city, right at the new central square. you can walk to beach in 10 minutes.

Perfect location, weak services

The hotel and the rooms are very nice, the staff were very much helpful. The only thing that wasn't really pleasant was the cleaning service. 
There wasn't any specific time they are cleaning the rooms and you need to always remind them to clean the room when you are out.

Not bad

This hotel has a great potential to be one of the best hotels in batumi, it has a perfect location overlooking the europa square and is in walking distance to a lot of nice places, the rooms are spacious and let in a lot of sun... BUT unfortunately the hotel needs a lot of maintenance, the toilets are in bad condition, the elevator is creepy, the hallways are dim and need to be repainted, the casino and spa are closed and the cleaning is bad (they only change your towels if you request it). The breakfast is horrible we couldn't eat in the hotel our whole stay. I hope the place builds itself up, it's a shame to lose such a great location and spacious rooms. 

In need of maintenance 

We were booked into a suite (301) in this Hotel. The suite was spacious and modern and the front office staff helpful. What we did not like;

- Windows are not sound proof and the street below very noisy. 
- AC in the room is inadequate to cool during summer
- Cleaning by housekeeping was extremely poor
- None of the menu's were available in English
- We were charged U$ 50 to courier an I pad to a Tiblisi hotel, that was left behind by us the at time of checkout. In Georgian pricing terms this was very high
- The breakfast was way below hotel standards, skip it

Overall the service standards need much improvement. I would not visit this property again.
