Chambre d’hôtes La Cascade

After walking downhill from the village for quite a while we arrived at this lovely place. We wouldn't recommend walking there, but the stay was fantastic! We were greeted very friendly and were surprised how many languages are spoken by the two kind guys living here. French, Englisch, German - not a problem. The rooms weren't clinically clean, but very beautifully furnished. The water tasted great - no chlorine. Dinner was very nice. The cook - Eric - showed us the delicious food and explained where he got the ingredients from and a little history of the food. Especially the melon-feta-salad was most delicious. And we would recommend to taste the aperitif wine (fruity wine). It was the best wine I have ever had. Near the chambers is a pool and a lot of room for different outdoor activities. The dog and the two cats were well behaved and let me pet them :) Thanks again to Bruno and Eric for the pleasant stay!
