For stays of 8 weeks and more, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total price of the reservation will be requested at the time of booking. The remaining 75% of the deposit must be paid 8 weeks before departure.

Please note that in case of cancellation, 25% of the deposit is non-refundable. Final payment must be sent 8 weeks prior to arrival date. For cancellation made within 4 weeks of arrival date, please note that the total amount of the deposit is non-refundable.
