Excellent location, very clean, comfortable bed, good Wifi, everything what you possible could need. Only one little minus - its a bit chilly when very cold outside ( had woollen socks so no problems and warm nighty) but in summer for sure will not be hot. Great owner ( did not see though but everything worked as agreed, key was left to us), late chck out was available. Stayd till 8pm with little extra cost. Absolutely great, would recommend to any one business, leisure, family(do not know if there is extra matress available but enough room there is for one), Very quiet area even in the middle 10s of restaurants and pubs. Could not hope better value for money

Excellent value for money 10++++

This place is in a very good spot in Tartu - right in the heart of the old town but with free parking in the front courtyard.  It's clean and reasonably done out, but for an apartment with a kitchen there are some odd omissions - primarily a kettle.  This was slightly bizarre as there was a quite expensive coffee machine in there, but as a tea drinker I had to heat cups of cold water in the microwave.  There was also no plug for the kitchen sink, which made washing up a bit of a challenge.

The other problem with this apartment was that it was extremely hot.  There were large casement windows, which cooled things down a bit, but as the apartment is on the ground floor, you couldn't really leave them open at night.  There also didn't appear to be any wifi, which I thought was a virtual impossibility in Estonia.

Having said all this, it's pretty cheap so not a bad choice if you want somewhere central and don't mind the points listed above

Well situated with free parking but hot.

It's a scam, don't trust this if you don't want a hell experience. I booked this place for this night, host took the money. I came and found another person in the appartment - host didn't answer not the phone, not the email. Rain, cold, wind, tired, stress...it took me a hell experience to fix this situation (find another place straight away, you don't want to know for what money). Host is awful. Worst renting experience in life so far : D
