I was welcomed by lovely staff and despite me not knowing much Spanish they were very helpful! Ordered me each taxi I needed at the times I requested, the dog and the cats are super sweet and adorable. The pool is warmed and it was very peaceful. The breakfast was delicious and the walk to town was very close (10-15 mins). The ziplining is very close only a 4$ taxi and I had so much fun there! The room is clean, nice big windows, a porch hammock to yourself and very big showers in your bathroom. All in all I had a very pleasant Stay and would feud by rely recommend it! 

Great time!

The rooms were not clean, lights out at 9 pm, people doing karaoke all night, coundnt sleep. Shower is a disaster, service was not good, they don't have swimming poll towels,  told us we should use the ones in our room, we stayed there for 2 days and they didn't have cleaning services

Not recomended

Had fantastic stay here! Absolutely loved everything, the rooms were clean and beautiful in little hats with a private terrace, I saw Tucans from the terrace (!!) of my hat, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, with many birds around! They also have a little spa area with a whirl pool and a hot steam sauna! The girl Rita was FANTASTIC - she prepared breakfast for me 'to go' and it was much more than expected, offered very helpful advise and she was a lovely wonderful person who spent time with me as I was the only guest at the time I had visited in November. The dog is so cute and loving as well!! I miss this place and can't wait to come back here <3

Fantastic stay at this beautiful Hotel - Peaceful and relaxing

This hotel was too expensive for what it is. We stayed there as it has a quite nice swimming pool and spa. But the room (cabin) was small and nowhere to put anything. The shower was a dribble in the dark, dank bathroom. The breakfast was average. They charged us what a top hotel in Quito would charge yet it was more like a youth hostel in quality. WiFi was good and it was a short walk to town.

Overpriced

I would recommend this place, although with a few caveats.
Pros:
1) The cabins are really cute and very clean. The beds are comfortable. Everything seems new or really well maintained.
2) Easy to communicate with over Whatsapp.
3) They allowed us to leave a bit later than the usual checkout time.
4) They let us borrow a few plates and mugs for an early breakfast we made in our room (we left early for a birding tour).
5) They have feeders that attract beautiful hummingbirds.

Cons:
1) There are no mosquito nets, and we got bit. The rooms are totally sealed off, and we didn't leave the doors open, so I'm not sure how they got in. Maybe the doors had been left open earlier. 

2) Not easy to get too if your have your own car. Beware of Google Maps, which takes you to the hotel down a road that crosses a river. The manager (who wasn't on-site the night we stayed) assured us over the phone that it was no problem and that it was safe to cross. In reality, it had been raining that day, and it was very deep. We were fortunate to not get stuck. There is another entrance, however, with a bridge.

3) We stayed in an upstairs cabin, and there were no three-pronged plugs, which we needed for one of our devices. So we couldn't plug it in.

Cute place

The cabins were very clean and comfortable but we had to check ourselves in and hardly saw anybody throughout our 2 night stay so it didn't feel very welcoming. Unfortunately the large dog of the house decided to bark for about half an hour non- stop each night at 3am so not conducive to a good sleep! (we love dogs but not at 3am) It's a bit out of town and when we asked about dinner were told the restaurant was closed so took a taxi into town. Next day we were asked if we wanted dinner but to be honest we were a bit fed up by the lack of interest so we declined. Breakfast was a bit hit & miss. Nice location, with a good manager it could be really nice. Shame the staff let the place down.

Comfortable and clean

Our stay at the Arasari was very comfortable.  It’s in a beautiful tropical setting, the cabins were comfortable, had a nice porch in front of the cabin where you could sit and relax, and after a day of hiking, we hung around in the hot tub watching stars. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. Worked fine for us…

Pretty good actually

I found the service to be meh, the food to be meh, and the whole experience to be meh. The manager and workers seemed nice but they apparently did not like us and let that bias get in the way of doing their job. I felt awkward when I was there and heavily judged. The breakfast was just scrambled eggs with fruit and it wasn't very good. We had to ask for the eggs to be fried and every request felt like we'd get shut down or in trouble. It wasn't a good experience at all.
