Comments about the Hotel Service Dear Mr, Mrs, Ms Axel Guldsmaden Hotel We are a family coming to Denmark after being in Sweden for long time in different hotels. My husband is danish same as my daughter and I am peruvian. We came here to look for an apartment and not being able to find one, we found a very authentic exotic elegant hotel, Axel Guldsmaden which is now like our home. We really feel the necessity to share a especial feeling of gratitude with your Hotel stuff, and also the necessity to mention something very important, which is the reason why this Hotel has a lot of prestige not only because there is a head taking care of every detail and necessity of the customers ,but also because behind this important person there is a big Group of persons working in the hotel with real professionalism and real dedication, just to mention some of this great group: Let's begin with the kitchen , the chefs Facundo and Terak, who prepare the food with a lot of dedication and natural art .You can also count with Sebastián and Martín service, they are really caring and supervising everything at the breakfast time or in the kitchen, always checking and helping the customers to know more about the variety of the delicious meal we get in the breakfast, thanks to them we know what kind of ingredients each dish has and how healthy food is. They really give the best service not only in the breakfasttime, nothing is missed with their help. The cordiality, kindness and respect are the symbol of this latin group that works at this prestigious Hotel in Kopenhavn. I can't forget to mention some other workers like Nicoleta, Lucia, Dania ,and all the Girls of cleaning service, they are fantastic attending and providing everything that is necesssary in the rooms, especially in the bathrooms,which are not only very cleaned but perfectly decorated with a delicious relaxing aroma all around,if you need something for the room just call any of the Girls, you will never be disappointed, but grateful for the excellent service. Andy, the bar tender serves customers not only with the drinks but guidind them about the best menú they have in the kitchen, all this with a very kind and especial humor to make feel customers at home. At the reception we also have very kind employees,always ready to attend people..If tou speak spanish its not a problem to communicate with them, you have ,Javi at night and Miss Belén in the morning ,they can guide you to find any room in the hotel ,always with kindness and smiling to help customers with any service ,they are very nice persons ,and gives that latin touch in the hotel, giving the latin customers the possibility to rent a room without any problem with the language.The good communication is very important to feel like at home,and the Hotel knows how to fill that necessity. How Lucky we are like foreigners to findi such an exclusive hotel with an exclusive stuff of employees. I really hope my comments of gratitude can be really helpful to preserve and continue with this unique especial service in the Hotel Axel Guldsmaden, from now our favourite in kopenhavn.
