Stayed for 3 nights in April for £150. The green room apartment we stayed in is very modern, has an en-suite facility. I imagine the "purple" room next door has a separate bathroom. The rooms overlook the "Peoples Square" which buzzes during the day. Lots of bars and cafes, But the whole place is pedestrianized so it is quiet at night. (May not be in August) The young lady who showed us in at 1am (flight delay) was superb. Need to pay cash on arrival, but there is an ATM every 20m in Zadar !! The owner arranged taxi collection from the airport. This was the perfect location with breakfast facilities all round the square. We will be back.
