New building with new rooms. Great internet. Nice pool. Air conditioner did not work. Had to find a place to stay at 7:30pm. Adjacent room with family member air-conditioning cooled very slow. Was asked by the manager "what temperature are you wanting". Manager was apologetic but never offered to try and fix it by next day with a reduced price, nothing. This situation kind if ruined a family trip. Separated my family by having to stay at different properties and having to eat breakfast separately.

Nice rooms but air-conditioning did not work.

Conveniently located between Pula and Fazana, Rooms alla Beccaccia has all you need for a comfortable stay. Spacious rooms with air conditioning, well maintained grounds/facilities, a decent sized pool with plenty of space for sun lounging and friendly staff. Another bonus is that breakfast is included in your stay (8am-10am) The on site restaurant is probably the best in the area and a reservation is a must. Would be happy to stay here again if in the area.

Good family run accomodation

This really is a good place to stay. You have all you need for a relaxing holiday: room with airco,
swimming pool, parking for the car, easy to reach, very good restaurant, nice garden ...
You Always have to make a reservation for the restaurant, because it is very succesfull for the locals too. That's maybe the only negative point: it's a bit noisy in the room because of the people in the restaurant, sometimes until 01h00.

Very good stay in Fazana

Simple and comfortable rooms, very good outdoor restaurant with fire oven, truffles, steak, good house wine and fantastic olive oil.

Beaches are quite close but that place is so cosy and comfortable that you may easily stay several days without leaving.

Very comfortable, amazing food.

Our room was very nice (although the aircon didn't work, and nor did it in two other rooms; owner/manager Marko apologised and said he would be getting someone in to service the aircon units), but it's not terribly private with the main door opening directly onto the landing area where other people walk by. Still, there is both a curtained glass door and a slatted door which allows in light and air. The swimming pool is great for cooling down in on those hot days, and the restaurant is popular, serving good, mid-priced food.
