We stayed one night it was nice. The restaurant downstairs is amazing!

Great

It was easy access with bus from split, 30 min. Uber during night wasn’t that expensive, 10 euros. The place was clean and close to a nice beach behind the church. The view from our balcony was really nice and it smelled really from the restaurant just downstairs.

Nice little hotel

This location promises much but just doesn't deliver.

There is a kitchen, but no cooking utensils.
There is a microwave, but you either put it on the floor to pug it in, or unplug something else.
The sink doesn't have a plug.
The TV isn't a smart TV
The shower is broken and has nothing to hold it above your head

The reception is unmanned. If you stand there the CCTV is seen and a man appears. He is very helpful. However when we discovered we had no plug, he wasn't there, he didn't appear and when we called the displayed number, no one answered.

It is quite frustrating to stay somewhere, where feeding yourself is an issued and bathing is a problem.

It seems that all there attention is on the restaurant and their cocktail bar.

We will not stay here again.

Great location, not so good for self catering or bathing.

Property had a view of the water, there is free parking available, there are beaches walking distance from the property. Only 20min drive from split. Many dining options available walking distance as well.

Absolutely Superb!! The customer service was Outstanding and Exceptional!! The rooms were comfortable, cozy, inviting, very clean, and peaceful!! The location and the restaurant were absolutely amazing!! I would have loved to have posted this review earlier, but did not have internet service to do so!! I want to say a big Thank you to the staff of this wonderful little Gem for all you did for us during our stay!!!

Exceptional Gem!!!

Having visited Croatia (Split in particular) number of times decided to try and stay somewhere little less busy ... Stobrec seemed like a good idea.  Whilst searching for the property Epetium seemed to strike a chord and I can say from the time we made the booking to the time we reluctantly handed back the keys the experience was nothing short of amazing. everything was efficient, nothing was left to chance and even additional requests (iron/laundry etc) were handled without fuss. Although I spoke Croatian the fact that my partner did not meant that the communications were both in Croatian and English. Thank you Marin and Lucy for ensuring our stay was first class.
