My husband and I stayed here last week, super location. A 2 min walk from the Pile Gate and a 30 second stroll to the west harbour which has a lovely bar where you can sit and look at the walls of Dubrovnik and St  Lawrence Fort. Michaela, our host was fantastic. She met us at the apartment with the key and all the relevant info. The info pack in the apartment was great..make sure to read it when you stay here. 

Super location 

The location of the apartment is ideal, right near the west harbour and only a couple of minutes walk to most attractions. The apartment itself is lovely, well maintained and very clean. I would recommend this as an excellent base for Dubrovnik. 

Great stay!

Everything was excellent. 
The hostess waited for us in the appartment and gave us usefull advice.
The hotel is  close to the gate Pile of the old town with easy access from bus station and airport. 
The room was very comfortable.

Very good appartment in the best location of Dubrovnik

Nice little apartment in Old Town close to the city walls/fort with convenient access to all near by attractions, we stayed on the 3rd floor with great views into the bay, bed and room was good for a few nights stay, clean spacious with everything you need during the stay, cleaning only happens when you leave but if you needed anything extra just ask the owners! Can only pay in cash either Euros or Kunas.

Lovely little place in Old Town

The studio apartment we got is clean and it's on the 3rd floor with the view to the blackwater bay and very close to the old town of Dubrovnik. It's very convenient for going in and out to the old city.   It's also close to where the pick up point to other places such as Mostar or Montenegro. 
The only comment I got is the shower room (inside the bath tub) is quite small so it's a bit difficult for someone with big size to move around the shower.
Overall it's a great staying for us.

Perfect Location

nice cosy little place in the old town part of Dubrovnik with major sightseeings nearby and you could say in the old part of the town.major markets and the eateries were also not very far and the place was cozy.

The building features 3 apartments on 3 floors. We were situated on the top floor which has amazing views. It is one building back from the shore so if you like sleeping to the sound of the sea you will love this apartment. We were fortunate to have the whole building to ourselves as the tourist season winds down at the end of October and we travelled at the start of half term. The host is lovely and met us at the apartment and said that she would be available throughout our stay if we needed anything. The only negative aspect of the apartment was that 2 power outlets didn't work and the sink plug didn't fit. However it's possible to overlook that when you consider the amazing location (right on the pile gate) and the cheap accommodation. It was very quiet when we travelled but can imagine it gets lively during the summer.

We would stay again. Dubrovnik is amazing and the walls walk is a must for the views.

Dubrovnik/Bosnia Short Trip

As the pictures says. Lovely very clean modern apartment with a lovely view of the walled town. 
The owner was very informative giving us directions.
It's also within walking distance. 
Although we only stated one night, it was certainly very comfortable and a lively place.

A lovely find

Good location and close to everything. Studio apartment was tastefully decorated. Bathroom was small and the extractor fan only worked on the first day. No breakfast provided. Cleaning only happens when you depart. Not worth the money in my opinion.

Ground floor apartment

You might feel the decor is boutique and stylish at first glance. But in fact the room was actually quite dirty, hair and dust all over the corner. Bathroom was small and kitchen without basic supplement. No daily clean ups. Wifi was down for one day which was acceptable since this thing happens sometimes. But we did ask the owner to give us a notice when it was fixed, and she did not. Also, you can only pay by cash. I will say this apartment totally not worth its price.
