If you are in need of seclusion and connection, relaxation and activities, warmth and delight then consider this magical location. You are not going to believe this but I am going to write it in this review anyway. Within a 5-10 minute walk from this serene set of cabins you will encounter (in no particular order): a bamboo forest; waterfall; butterfly sanctuary; horses; macaws; zipline along or across river; health food store; ATVs into the mountains for jungle and coffee tasting, local laundry where (small price) they will wash and dry (please consider leaving silk and fancy dress-up stuff at home); yoga; ecstatic dance; vegan restaurants; ice creams and gelatos; giant “Box” super gym (if you want to pump and sweat); bike, scooter, motorcycle rentals; haircut and styling; spa for massage, manicure, pedicure; bus station; BM grocery store (like Safeway and Acme in US); library; bars (such as the rockin’ Whale Tail Brewery), Police, Church (drink, get arrested, repent – all within 2 blocks); multiple bakeries and coffee spots. Got a car? Beach about 10 minutes – Whale Tail, surfing, super fab restaurants; whale watching boats. I stayed a week and wish it could have been a month, Viva Costa Rica ! Viva El Paraiso !
