Just go and see it for yourselves. Spectacular views, awesome food on demand, awesome people, surrounding area full of attractions. Air conditioned dorms, nice private rooms, swimming pool. Beautiful building, great location. All the staff were lovely, very laid back and easy listening music by the bar. Our double room was by the kitchen so as long as your up for 8 the noise won't disturb you. Would def stay here again. 

Cost: $25,000 COP per night in 8 bed dorm.
Bathrooms: 2 shared bathrooms. No hot water. Pretty average bathrooms.
Bedrooms: 8 bed dorm had a/c that you could control. Beds were ok. Pillows average. Blanket just in case you get cold.
Breakfast: no free breakfast. But available to buy. Free tea and coffee.
Kitchen: average kitchen but suitable to cook most types of meals.
Location: nice location overlooking the bay. Short walk to main area of Taganga. $12,000 taxi ride from Calle 29 area of Santa Marta.
WIFI: worked well when it was working...
Other: very nice pool. They do dinner for $15,000 COP. Overall it's an ok hostel. Not sure there is a lot to do in Taganga unless you get your diving qualifications.

Something different

Nice Place

Private room in nice and clean and there's ac in the room. The pool area is nice. 
Only one room has own bathroom, and from booking, there's no mention of this. All the photos are from that room where the bathroom is, not any from the other. Place has dorm rooms too, but only 2 shared bathrooms, and both are in pretty lousy shape. Other has no water on the tap. Showers are quite bad too. There's big kitchen area, but its filthy and not well equipped. For guests food theres small part in fridge and for staff the bigger one? There is supposed to be coffee and tea all day long but was not. Only empty thermos. Lots of volunteers hanging around and no one did actually nothing. Disappointment in every way. With that price you can find lot more nicer and cleaner places to stay in Taganga.

This property is disgusting , filthy .., 
What a complete mess, this Casa must once have been beautiful . But totally run down and a HEALTH RISK !! Almost NO water and the pool was filthy . 
The whole town of Taganga is like a rubbish dump ?! Very sad , give this whole town a big miss & head to the National Park if you must .
