33 reviewsWe were there last year to celebrate Christmas with my daughter, our son in law and our grandson. I like the appartement and the balcony where we can sit and enjoying the sea vieuw and hearing the sound of the waves which is so close to the appartement. There is a swimingpool only the water is too cold to swim in. Even that is in the summer. But on the beach we can take a walk, swimming or playing with the waves. You can take also a long walking through the sea side. There is a good restaurant not far from the Resort, but further direction to Vina del Mar there are a lot of restaurant. But there is no super market near by. Only in the center of the city of Con Con. The appartement it self is clean and wel maintained. Everyday they cleaned our appartement. We have enjoyed staying there, even it is only for a couple of days.

A very nice place to stay for a reasonable price - hotel «Playa Paraiso» is located in Concon. This hotel is located minutes away from the city center. You can take a walk and explore the neighbourhood area of the hotel. Places nearby: Amarilla Beach.

All citizens of Chile, regardless of the duration of their stay, and all foreigners who stay in the country for at least 60 consecutive days may have to pay the national sales tax (19%) when checking out. To receive tax exemption, foreign citizens must pay for their stay upon entry in foreign currency (not Chilean pesos) or with a credit card issued abroad and present a valid passport along with the migration card they received upon entry into the country. If a person subject to paying the tax and another exempt from the same share a room, the rate may be applied to the entire room. Based on local tax laws, Chilean citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Chile) must pay an additional fee of 19%. Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 19% regardless of the length of their stay in Chile.
