Love this motel❤️  The rooms are clean ,the staff is wonderful Diane will accommodate you 100% on anything that you need . We come here every year with my family We have enjoyed this motel for many years Already have booked for next year Very close to all amenities ,only a short walk to the beach It’s a perfect location The pool is so clean and inviting with chairs and tables to relax around the pool Barbecue's are provided for  guests and are cleaned daily We will continue to come back every year with my family We just love being here and always sad when we need to leave Hopefully this resort is around fir a very long time

Wonderful

I am now here and it's wonderful. Pool is cleaned daily, walking distance to everything you need. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, beds are comfy, kitchen has all you need, full fridge and cook top. patio table and chairs. Such a little jem.

Excellent stay!

Close to everything....restaurants, walmart etc and only a 10 minute walk to the beach.  Pool was well maintained and very popular.  Rooms are very clean, nothing fancy, but what I would expect for the price.  Would return.

Great location and price

My husband and I booked a room for the Motorcycle Bike rally, We were impressed! Recently renovated rooms, the Hosts were so pleasant, They have a pool open till 10 PM! (Awesome)!!  Rooms were small BUT it incudes everything you need for a comfortable stay!

Amazing Place to Stay - So Close to ALL Amenities!

I booked this Motel based on price - $90/night, what's not to like about that?!
I wanted my daughter to experience a motel since I loved them as a kid and quite honesty, my stay here has renewed my love of motels. 
The place is clean,the room was renovated,the pool is big and clean and wasn't overcrowded at all. All patrons were respectable and polite. There was a kitchen area you had access to and BBQs too. The staff was constantly cleaning something. 
I will definitely stay here again next Summer.

Mini vacay in Wasaga

We stayed in Room 24 for one night, after a day at the beach. It was a last minute decision to stay in the area, and it was a Saturday, so we got lucky with one of the newly renovated rooms. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Almost everything in the room was new, from the bed, to the shower stall, to the fresh paint. Note that the bathroom has a sliding door that does not lock. The mini fridge was a nice touch, considering the area is popular with beach goers and campers. We did not use the pool, so I can't comment, but it did look well cared for, and others were using it. There is plenty of parking on site.

The air conditioners are window units, and are a bit loud, so if you don't like white noise, this is not the room for you. Aside from that, the units were very effective. It got quite cold in the room, but there was no way to turn the unit down, so we had to unplug it for a while to let the room warm up a bit. If you like sleeping in a very cold room, this is your place.

It was very quiet at night, we had no issues sleeping, and it was a well needed rest after a day in the sun. The queen sized bed was a solid memory foam mattress that was quite comfortable. The shower was good, although you will run out of hot water if you take extended showers. As for location, there are numerous restaurants in the area, and it is an easy fifteen minute walk to the beach front area.

The only downside, is that we did not have wi-fi, and this is standard in all hotels nowadays. Aside from this, I have no complaints.

Renovated Room #24

This was not the best motel I've ever stayed at. It was basically just what you needed for a beach vacation. Beds, a TV, a mini fridge, a tiny bathroom. I wouldn't have wanted to stay much longer than the 4 days we did. However, it was all we really needed. Me and my mom are not super picky and it was adequate for our needs. We saw no bugs or anything particularly gross. The big thing though is that the location was GREAT, super close to the main beach and the big strip in town. We never wanted to drive in, and this was perfect for that. It was right across from the big Boston Pizza, Swiss Chalet, Timmies and Walmart. TL;DR not amazing, but not terrible, well-located.

Cheap and survivable

This motel is very small and the people are very friendly, however it does have the bare minimum of accommodations. Our stay wasn’t too bad, and the place was clean and organized, however if you are looking for more amenities, the Kingsbridge Inn / Bon-Air Motel might not be what you’re looking for. Our room was on the small side, and there was unfortunately no air conditioning in our room which was the main concern mid July. (We stayed in room 33 on the second level) The TV picture was not clear and there was also no Wi-Fi available throughout the whole motel. The shower was very small and you would have to bend down to be under the water, and there was no tub for a bath. Very small room, with the bare minimum of needs. The staff was very friendly however! The pool has just been redone and looks excellent, we didn’t happen to use as it was very crowded throughout both days. Rooms 24 and 25 have been renovated and decorated spectacularly and I’ve heard great things about those 2 rooms in specific. Decently close to the beach and right across from the Boston Pizza in town. Not bad for the rate they charge but definitely
not luxury. We would stay again possibly, preferably requesting either room 24 or 25 with renovations.

Decent and Close to the Beach

Location good. But hotel/motel is nothing to write home about.
We stayed in one bedroom unit no.9. Micro was on the fridge but
the cord was short so we had to take it on a chair so that we could
plug in and use it. Bed was never made. For $200.00 a night is way
overpriced.
