The owner of the property is nice and the house is brand new, so everything is very clean. However, there was nowhere a note that the property was a two-bedroom, one bathroom house with a basement that had a bedroom and a bathroom and the owner was renting the house to three different occupants at the same time who had to share the same kitchen and the two bedrooms had to share the one bathroom. I was not aware that my family would end up in the basement where my son slept on an air mattress that was getting deflated within a couple of hours. If I had known all that, there would be absolutely no way to rent such a property for our two-night stay! People need to know what it’s expected. Things like that should be clearly stated. Customers need to know what they are going to find and things like that should not come as a surprise.

I liked my stay at this property. The place is brand new and clean, and feels much better than comparatively priced motel, however it needs to be mentioned that while one gets a private room with a bed, the room is inside the house with a total of three rooms, so the kitchen and the bathroom are shared with other guests. The kitchen has a big fridge, a stove, coffee and tea. On a night I stayed, there was one other person staying, but they arrived after me and left while I was still sleeping so I did not even see them...
