I was there a week ago and had the worst experience ever with the maintenance guy Dave that lives on the top floor. 
He is a very unhappy person, rude and unprofessional he will do whatever he can to ruin your day. 
He has been very noisy during some nights yelling at his dog and girlfriend, drug or alcohol abuse and threatening personality.
Please dont rent any of his units, its a rip off and your money will go to no good.

Strata Maintenance Dave horrible person

I didn't know about this property and just booked Southside lodge for visa purposes. After reaching there, i found that lodge is even not having any reception, and restaurant on ground floor will help you to call the manager. This lodge is not at all good. Stinky smell. Just like truck-driver's accommodation in India's highways as I heard. Manager took me to this Whistler Resort & club. The room he offered me was 302 B (out of 302 A&B which has separate doors from one common door.) Room has private bathroom, kitchen sink, cooking top, double, TC, sofa etc. It is big enough for one person. I paid 270 CAD for three nights. while it was 120 CAD for Southside lodge. Room was moderately clean. A swimming pool and hot tub is also there which is included. Laundry payment is separate. It was comfortable stay. All minimum utensils are in the room to cook. You will have to cook especially if you r vegetarian. It is not a resort. it is a small hotel located on Creekside Whistler. Whistler village is 4 km fro here. You may get buses to go to Whistler village for Gondola and biking. Buses are free on Saturday and Sunday.

Nice location,walking distance from highway 99

While visiting family in Whistler, we stayed here 4 days. "Dave" is your resort host, and takes care of everything wonderfully. The accommodations are beautiful well furnished, they offer a pool and spa along with a dry sauna. Within walking distance are Roland's Pub and , and The Red Door next door,  both great restaurants. Just up the street are more restaurants and a convenience store and the Whistler bus shuttle into the village. This is a great place to stay whether it's summer or winter, and the rates are reasonable. Look for the Whistler club resort mostly on VRBO, and enjoy your stay in Whistler B. C. 👍

" Creekside Village" ...... nice lodging in very quiet !

Loved our 2 bedroom condo in NorthStar  location.  Right across street from the village.  Hopped on a bus which dropped us by whistler gondola.  Jacuzzi was great after a day on hill.  Rented directly from owner so very reasonably priced over Christmas.  Underground parking included.

Perfect location

By far the best ski/snowboarding resort I've been to. Well thought out infrastructure, just pure fun. Get ready to feel like an kid and don't hold back. There's something for everyone even low budget folks like us. Never thought my dream to go to whistler will never come true, but it did. Truly magical.

difficult to find this place in the night as there is no signboard on the main road. they had an outdoor pool but it was too cold. bathroom door did not lock or even close properly. no breakfast. no lift, had to drag my bag up the stairs. room did not have air conditioning, only a standing fan near the door. 

only good thing was the lady running the hotel, she was really helpful and went the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible. about 10-15 min away from whistler village
