We stayed there because other hotels were full. Owner and his wife not smiley at all nor being flexible. Feel like we were being surrounded by robot when we were there. Free water in the room were not bottled mineral water but only in cups size and not replenished daily. We only got the mineral water one time upon our arrival. When we asked for replenishment, owner just nodded but nothing was replenished. Seems like they do not need clients.

Not recommended

This hotel was okay for our stay. The room we stayed in was relative big and being 3 people we all had our own bed. The bathroom not that good though, the  toilet didn't flush as it should. Some of the staff were pretty nice and helpful, others not som much. The breakfast consisted of one fried egg and white bread... Ok hotel (for sleeping) for the price paid.

OK and not much more 

For starters: the location is really awesome. Walkable to night streets and pub street.

Because my relatives were Khmers, they allowed seven of us in two rooms with two beds each.

So for bads:

The water from the A/C unit was dripping down the curtain, which was located above our heads. This was a very tiny room that costs $20. 
So we switched to a bigger room, which costs $5 more. 

To find out there are tiny (sometimes hard to see) ants everywhere. They will crawl on you and they bite. 

The bathroom is a disaster! The shower unit is just hanging in the wall. See pic. It still works with hot water.

The toilet is ready to croak. They just put a seat on without any screws or adjustments. So it uncomfortable to sit in it. See pic. Water will spray on your ankles while you are sitting on the toilet. I have experience this weird coincidence before.

Bathroom walls could use a massive makeover. 

The bedding is very old, but comfortable mattress.

The toiletries are cheap miscellaneous brands and look like they were scrapped off of someone giving them away off the streets.

They give two cup sized waters upon arrival and not even refrigerated. You have to plug in the fridge yourself. No more water after that.

We were expecting breakfast and they told us we do not qualify. Really?!

The staff were really helpful when we made complaints on the first room, but does it really hurt to crack a smile or greet customers politely once in a while??

Their websites is full of lies. Also Had the trip advisors symbol on it. Does trip advisor know this??

Seems the owner are too cheap to put any money into their investment. I hope this place goes under!!



DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Most hotel in Siem Reap were fully booked and we came across this guesthouse. the location catched us. On thier website they offer free pick up from bus station and compliment breakfast but there was no such a thing. The woman answer the phone was really rude, when we call for pick up she simply replied who the hell said they provide free pick up. The room was dirty and expensive. Totally not recommanded

Horrible

The room was dirty and expensive. The bedlinen worn and dirty. The lightbulbs were only replaced after our demands.Their breakfast is not atractive or sufficient. The management arrogant and non cooperative. We were there during the Chinese New Year and the manager was more busy with the rituals than the guests.
