his place is beautiful, green and well accommodated. Clean and new, as it was open for new. It is quiet and only has 17 rooms. 10 mins walk to Old market and pub-street. 
very nice restaurant and good swimming in the pool, friendly staff and excellent service .best price for tour arrangement .it's so cool first arrive for check-in have  cool towel and cool welcome drink and free pick it's up from the airport .

this hotel is a little bit old style but hommy. the location is actually reachable from the main tourist places like market or food seller. only you have a liitle bit effort to find the hotel as its not in the main street.

the owner is so friendly. and also the staff. room is so so. compare with the price it's worth to stay here. they will assist us for the tour to the Angkor. even they will pick you at the bus stop. so kind.

Loved this place. Friendly staff, relaxing pool set in a lovely garden, clean and quiet rooms.

We arrived on New Years Eve and went out drinking that night and we had a nice quiet and cool room to come back to.  The hotel itself is beautiful with gorgeous hard wood staircase and tea and coffee is available in the lobby all day and night.  The staff were very friendly and helpful. 

The only downside was there was a problem in our room with the hot water and the blinds could have been darker to keep out the the morning sunlight, but that was a small price to pay for a lovely, relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Lovely, relaxing hotel

The owner of this hotel is a friend of a friend and was very hospitable. We paid $20 a night but I think it's fair for the standard of the room. Lots of oak and expensive woods, disappointingly to me, was cold showers, even though premium prices. The water also smelt like iron but maybe they've fixed this now. Lovely swimming pool and nice location! Would stay again.

I booked to stay here a few months ago for 5 nights (from 25-30 July 2015). Once we arrived we were told the hotel was not open as they are under new management and in the middle of renovating etc. even though we had already paid!!!! Now, I know this is more the old owners fault then the new ones but this is not okay. The new owner was nice enough to let us stay the one night as it was 9.30pm, but made us pay US$25.

I don't understand why it's even still available to book when it's still under this process. This was such a massive inconvenience for us, we had very little money on us and had to find somewhere else to stay for the duration of our trip. We are yet to receive our refund also.

Do not book a room here!! Not unless you can contact the hotel and make sure it's open for business. I wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else.
