This was the best hotel we stayed in during our trip in Cambodia. Very spacious rooms, luminous bathroom, big swimming pool. It is a little bit out of town but only a 5min tuk tuk ride to the busy city centre. The hotel also provides free tuk tuk to town at fixed times.

Beautiful and peaceful hotel in Siem Reap

This hotels only drawback is it is slightly out of town but that said a Tuk Tuk is always available to take you into Siem Reap for $2-3. The pool is lovely and great for children as well as adults. We have used everyday! Our room was one ground floor and straight by the pool, other rooms have balconies. The restaurant serves lovely food both Khmer and Western at reasonable prices. We are surrounded by wonderful gardens and even have wild birds nesting outside our room. We have watched them with great pleasure! The staff are welcoming and helpful - we have had to occasions where we have needed to visit a hospital and the staff have been so helpful and caring. We will be leaving with fond memories and would recommend a stay here without hestitation!

Super pool, friendly staff and relaxing environment

A really good hotel with great service. The people who works here gives a lovely hospitality and are there when ever you need them. Like 10 minutes from the city in siem reap and have free tuk tuk in their schedule, which works great. Clean room, a good pool and good food. 

Loved the hotel

Rainsey Angkor Villa is situated no more than a 10 minute tuk tuk out of the main bazaar. Which are free when needed up to a time. We didn't use them on two night stay but the staff were more than happy to help. 
The room was just beautiful luxury with a lovely bathroom and balcony. Air con plus fan and the bed was super comfortable. Room cleaned every day and mini bar if wanted. 
The food in the restaurant was just the best we have had in Cambodia! Perfect presentation and service was great not a bad word to say the waiter was very friendly and chatty. The breakfasts had great selection too! On our visit it was my birthday and the staff went out of their way to bring a cake to our room and sing happy birthday this was a lovely touch! I had a very happy birthday here. 
The pool and grounds are well kept we wish we could have stayed longer. Towels for sunbeds provided. Cocktails are just the best too! 
There are the odd gecko around which is expected in Cambodia and do not bother you at all. 
Perfect place for couples and families.

Such a beautiful place with super nice staff! 

Very pleasant, modern hotel set about 10 minutes by tuktuk outside Siem Reap. Lovely clean, spacious rooms which are very well equipped and have excellent bathrooms. Well kept grounds and a very nice poole.
The main problem with this hotel was the restaurant. Breakfast was fine as it is buffet style. But at other times they are prone to losing orders, missing items, and have no concept that people at the same table might want their food at roughly the same time.
I'd highly recommend the hotel - just don't eat there

Lovely property with friendly helpful staff but let down by the restaurant

They canceled my booking and then doubled the price of their rooms.  What a terrible establishment
TripAdvisor even guarantees the prices and they still canceled my booking. I had already canceled a different booking FOR this one because it looked better, which I paid a fee for and was within 1hr and still 3 days away.  Everything is selling out fast for new years so now I'm screwed because I didn't get their email til later.  Awesome thanks.
