The room are great, such a nice hotel and acceptable price. The breakfast is good and the staff at the restaurant are lovely. But the receptionist staff aren’t really professional, should train them how to give the hospitality to the guest when the guest check in and please speak politely in the phone. This is the only problem but all are good. Great hotel I love it.

Feedback

The rooms in the hotel were quite spacious, comfortable and clean. The rooftop bar had a great view over the city and the river and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Massages at the spa were a relaxing way to unwind.

Comfortable accommodation

Went to the roof top bar for happy hour and it was such a great experience! Sipping amazing and cheap drinks (2.5 for a Mojito) while watching the Phnom Penh dusk Turn into night. Cozy area and very friendly staff!

The hotel was chosen by TripaDeal and we found it very comfortable.  Rooms were always clean, bathroom good, beds very comfortable too.  The breakfast great. Is located close to Russian markets (10 minutes).  Across the road are to cafes owned by an Aussie, that serves good coffee and very nice food (roast lamb if you are sick of Asian food). Happy hour on the roof was popular!!

This wasn’t worth the money ,
The roof pool not the best , the breakfast was quite good . Location was the only good thing here , however the value for money was terrible. I wouldn’t stay again as they are much better place stay than this place for what we paid.

Don’t wast your Money

We can recommend the Frangipani Fine Arts. The price was right. The room was nice, big, the staff very friendly. The location of the hotel is also quite centrally located.

Nice rooms, good location, nice staff

Compared to the Royal (still the same group) the difference is a lot. Only the rooms are nice but dark, the rest very scarce and disorganized. The entrance is then absolutely not to be evaluated as such... a very sad and dark alley. Breakfast is absolutely no. Location in short... C is better at better prices in the area without looking for much

Rooms are okay for the rest a little scarce.

I have stayed here in better condition than the one mentioned on the homepage and I was able to get a comparative price per DZ for 40 usd including fruehstueck. The room is small but tastefully furnished. - The open bathroom situation can be left to everyone because the bathroom including the toilet is functional. It is only separated by a blindfold! - The inside is nicely decorated, shady, quiet and even with fan-loved. Then the food in the bistro was good and the price was ok.

Location top... bathroom story is a matter of taste

We stayed here for 3 nights and we were not satisfied with the structure. The rooms are small, the sewer system is not the best, the shower is permanently closed and there is no door separating the bathroom but a curtain. The breakfast is poor and repetitive. WiFi free in the room and common areas. The location is excellent although not in one of the most beautiful streets of Phnom Penh. It is still close to the city's attractions as well as the river walk, Tonle Sap, which right here in front flows into the Mekong.

There's a better way.

We drove to this hotel from Siem Reap by taxi, and despite being given the driver of the hotel's phone, we were lost for about 15 minutes - we could not find it... The entrance to the hotel is not impressive, but we liked the room. Although it did not go without surprises: 1. The main window in the room does not go out into the street, but into the interior of the hotel, 2. The door between the room and the toilet/van - there was no door, it was replaced by a curtain, which is not very convenient... We really missed the pool in the hotel :) and the staff kindly suggested going to another hotel with their network of pools. But because the other hotel is located far away, we did not take advantage of the offer.
