Though the hotel is quite nice, but seems to be a trap waiting to penalize and charge you whenever it can. I used a hand to towel to clean a spilled coffee and was charged US $10 as “dirty towel” . I argued they are in hotel business and this part of their replaceable items for wear and tear. i Soaked towel in sink and stain was almost gone but still manager wont budge.. we were even told they also charge for dirty room. “What?”reception staff said they dont care if i write review of this incident..  
Hotel is just plain taking advantage where it can charge extra for every opportunity it can. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and our travel agency to do the same. My family did an asian tour of 5 countries and been travelling for years but this is first tine we encountered such a terrible hotel policy. 

Beware.. terrible hotel policy 

It's hard to believe that there's such a great hotel right next to the big market, almost right by the river, and the must-see attractions are in close proximity, a great infinity pool with rooftop bar inviting you to relax after the tourist pauses, and the only thing that was really disturbing is that there's only one elevator for this rather tall hotel and you often have to wait for a long time.

I'd love to stay here if I'm in Phnom Penh again. We got a free room upgrade on request (they had a room available). They were kind enough to provide two keys for the room (not common for them).

Excellent Everything at Harmony

The rooms are very elegantly decorated. Nice (with stones) shower/WC separation. Super centrally located. Near River, National Museum, Royal Palace. On the roof terrace, unfortunately, there is a smell of market. The elevator is a bit small for groups. Friendly staff.

A little through.

The Wifi at this hotel isn't functional at all .That's a minimum requirement for a business traveler.
Please improve your WiFi have two connections. All the guests can't be utilized on same router.
The only concern apart from "Rooms are not ready yet" reason

This is a short time hotel. Many prostiturd immigrants hotel looking for clients. Rooms unclean, no hot water, things go missing from room. Stay there at your peril, be warned this is not a hotel more like a hotel of ilrepute

Hotel from hell

Well done Harmony. Great rooms, great pool, great food, great value, great location - could not ask for more. The only down side was the all night (from c9.00pm to c8.00am) building works and repetitive non-stop banging I could hear loudly from the 8th floor (of 11 floors) through my pillow. Did not sleep for the first 2 nights - for those who think that's exaggerated - good luck. Would definitely stay again with ear plugs in bed to get a good nights sleep. Some would score this a 1 - but that's not fair - the building works are out of the hotels control. A special thank to my room (805) cleaner - a great job every day for a week.

Excellent - but wear Ear Plugs

The facilities are basic but good. River-view rooms with balcony are worth the extra cost. The room is clean and the view is excellent. The staff is helpful. 

Good air-cond and Wifi signals in the room. Hot water with good pressure in ensuite bathroom.The roof top restaurant and bar, where a good breakfast is served, is a great idea with truly spectacular river views. Tea & coffee is a nice touch. ''

Nice lift to access higher floors is convenient, a rare find in Phnom Penh. Centrally located and 5 minutes walk to Royal Palace and National Museum.

Convenient Location with Great River View

I got the cheapest room so I don't complain especially but... it didn't have a window. I knew it. It's tiny. The TV had three Khmer channels to watch. The others were under the snow. A little noisy if you have neighbors.

For the price.

There's a nice terrace for a beer with a panoramic view and pubs on the side streets. On the ground floor there's a very ambiguous massage center with a discreet walkway.
