Aspen Golf is a nice resort located just 10 minutes from the town centre of Bansko.  Its in a quiet location with lovely views of the Pirin mountains.  Spar area is good with pool, sauna, steam room and a small gym.  Breakfast and Dinner is self service, however, food can be ordered from the menu if required.  Rooms are also self catering with a well equipped kitchen if required.  Rooms are spacious and light with balcony.  Wifi is only available in the lounge and bar area.

Nice Resort

Good breakfast. Nice staff though the english wasn't perfect. 
Didn't try the Spa but the pool was nice. 
We had a rental car so the distance wasn't to long from the ski lifts. 
We mostly had dinner in the city which was great but the Hotel was always nice to come back to.

Great stay

The hotel is OK, the furniture are new and the rooms are comfortable and light. The SPA center is nice. 
When the hotel is full parking isn't enough for all cars. 
The food was bad and uniform every day. The waiters are unkind. 
We had a reservation but the rooms were cold when we arrived.
The WiFi is available only in lobby bar.

Bad experience!

Upon arrival it appeared that the hotel was not open or staffed. The security man showed us to our room, the main lights were not in working order and the room was freezing! We were hungry after having travelled during dinner time but was told that there was no food available until breakfast the following morning! My experience at other similar rated hotels is that there has been a plate of food in our rooms (bread, cheese, ham etc.) on arrival. But not at this hotel! 

The next two mornings there was a buffet with coffee included free at breakfast for half board, however...on the third morning when we went to the restaurant for breakfast there was no staff or food there and the restaurant lights were off! We hung around a for 5 mins worried we would have to miss breakfast altogether to catch the shuttle to Bansko. When a MOS did show up he told us the buffet was off because there wasn't enough guests, to sit down and we will be served. The waiter came out the kitchen and asked us if English breakfast would be ok. We agreed. He brought out a plate of chopped cucumber, a raw chopped tomato, sliced cheese and a wedge of feta cheese, flobby bacon, and a cold fried egg! I was asked if I wanted a coffee so assuming that it would be included in the half board as in the previous two mornings I said yes. At the end of our 'English breakfast' I was presented with a bill for the coffee! 

The staff are very unfriendly and unwelcoming. 

Word of advice ........NEVER EVER STAY HERE!!!!!

Dreadful!!!

Overall great holiday and loved the spa, overall lovely place and very cheap!! I thought there was plenty of equipment in the apartments. The local lidl is also great when you are feeding kids as well.
