We spent seven days here and mostly we are charmed by this place. It has some negative sides, but as a whole, one can really relax here. 
We booked a bed and breakfast only, no dinner and lunch included. And it's better this way because the food they served in the cafeteria was mostly the same. I spoke to some people who are on full boarding, they said the same is valid for lunch and breakfast as well. But in the vicinity there are many good places to eat, especially in Primorsko, which is 3 minutes from the villas by car. 
Essentially these are small renovated houses from socialist times, located in a forest area near the sea, equipped with one larger room with three beds and a bathroom. You pay for the entire house, so the more of you there are, the cheaper it will be per person. 
The nature around the entire holiday complex is beautiful and it's very quiet. The air is clean and fresh and there are lots of green spaces. 
There are also some nice facilities for entertainment like a swimming pool, a night club, various restaurants, a small grocery store for buying necessities and so on. For anything more pretentious, one would have to go to Primorsko or Kiten - nearby towns.
The beach has a wide sand strip and the water is usually very clean with some small exceptions when there are lots of seaweed. 
The hygiene in the villas is OK. They clean every day and they change the sheets and towels every 3 days. 
All in all, it's a good place to rest and have fun. 

Such a pleasant place

When i write reviews i try never to get emotional but only describe the advantages and disadvantages of the places i saty in as objectively as possible. I'll adopt the same aproach this time. To begin with advantages - this was my third vacation at Primorsko club - i especially like it beacuse of its location in the woods and the sense of feedom and independence it gives you. It's one of the few places in my country where I can take my dog and she will feel great there as well since once she steps out of the bungallow she is already going for a walk. Bungallows are quite good for the price you pay (33 euro/night for a room for three, BB). Beds are comfortable, furniture is a bit old but beareable, bathroom is a bit small but the facilities are new. There's a porch in front of every bungallow so for guys like me who don't really like going to restaurants it's great to have their lunch and dinner there or simply enjoy the rest. 
As for disadvantages - 1.pillows are so old and uncomfortable so that i had headache every morning - GET YOUR OWN PILLOW if you decide to go there.
2. a lady who probably was the manager of the cleaning staff forbade them to clean the bungallows of the customers with dogs ( her argument was that the dog might bite someone). Otherwise the cleaning ladies themselves were friendly and helpful.
3. Once you see a vacant parking place YOU MUST TAKE IT IMMEDIATELY. Otherwise you won't be able to park your car till the end of the vacation. On the other hand every car owner is charged 0.50 euro/day for parking though noone makes sure you'll get your parking palce. 
4. Breakfast is from 7:30 - 10:00 but if you don't go to the cafeteria before 8:30 forget to get any breakfast - the line is about 1km long, utensils are over, food is in short supply and you'll have wait for about half an hour to get a single fork. 
5. Staff is extremely discriminative to Bulgarians at the expence of guests from other nationalities - the more west you are from, the better you'll be served. 
6. You should definitely take an insect spray and if you take your pet with you treat it with something against flees and ticks in advance since it's full of moscuittoes, flees, ticks and all kind of insects everywhere. 
7. On the website is written that medical help is provided on the spot - have in mind that it's a PRIVATE MEDICAL CENTRE, your health insuranse doesn't cover the expenses and is EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. Plus the doctor is unhelpful and incompetent.
