First a disclaimer, I own 2 properties here, I do not rent them though, they are for family use only. The complex is excellent now that they have sorted out the maintenance. Two pool areas, beautiful sandy beach. The apartment standards obviously depend on the owners, but the ones I have been in are all furnished & equipped to a good standard. Do not visit though before the beginning of June as there are no facilities open till then (restaurant, cafe, bar, shop) - the same after the end of September. Located outside the town of Obzor, and not an easy walk - really need to order a taxi to go there - not expensive though.
