Nice, warm and clean rooms ,parking, very helpful people, close to the center 5 min walk, not big variety in breakfast but it was  of good quality.
We paid 30 € per night B&B . Sauna costed 6 euro per person per use.

This hotel was very clean and the staff running the place were so kind and considerate.

Stefan, the boss, his lovely lady partner and older children were most helpful in all matters. They assisted in every way possible even checking that everything was OK for my departure with regard to the transfer to the airport,

They are truly wonderful people that run this hotel.

anyhow, if u ski, u have to go via gondola or car, so it is irrelevant locationwise where u stay. this hotel is 4 mins drive from the gondola...
"Nadejda" is a clean place with food (that i did not try, so I can`t comment), jacuzzi, hamam & sauna, but what made my day were the people running the hotel and the employed staff. If u meet Stefan, the Manager, or Zivka, the  "women in charge", u will understand "feeling at home". 
Most important for Serbs & healthy, free spirits, SMOKING is allowed everywhere in the hotel.
after various fancy hotels across the meridians, and my first time Bulgaria, where people are unfriendly jerks, and assuming via my daughter that skiing is great, I recommend this hotel.

extreme hospitality, people smile, smoking allowed!!!

The hotel is small, clean and decent. 
Quite what you would need from a small family hotel in the center of the idillic winter center Basnko. 
The service of the staff did not not even meet the principal of traveler's needs.  

The owner was great and friendly, willing to help your stay be nice.
