Gorgeous Restaurant! At the coast of Virgin Gorda We made a reservation. The service was great.  Friendly staff. Excellent food! - the best Key Lime Pie. Stunning view of Virgin Gorda.  Excellent idea for a date!. You can get to this restaurant by boat or water taxi.

Awesome restaurant

We recently visited Bitter end and had an exceptional experience,  thanks to the wonderful staff. We were greeted by the concierge at the front desk. Her name, if i recall correctly, is Alicia/ Alissha. She greeted us with a pleasant smile and was incredibly polite. She assisted us with transfer to and from the baths, ensuring we had a smooth and enjoyable trip. She even checked the schedule to see if there were any cruise ships in port, and luckily, there weren't, which meant we had an amazing time without the usual crowds.  She also recommended that we have dinner at the clubhouse after returning from the baths. The food was delicious and the staff there were just as friendly and welcoming. We also grabbed some drinks at the quarter deck where we met Saturn!! Best cocktails ever!!
We had such a fantastic experience that we are already planning to visit again for Christmas with more friends.

We spent seceral incredible nights at the Bitter End Yacht Club in North Sound, and I can’t recommend it enough – it’s a real game-changer! 🌟⛵️ From the breathtaking views to the welcoming vibe, everything about this place is magical. Right from our approach, the dock hands were super helpful, providing clear instructions for an easy docking experience. The ample maneuvering space is a big plus, making the docking process seamless.

Our culinary journey here started with mouth-watering conch fritters, heavenly pizza, and perfectly spicy and sticky chicken wings. 🍕🍗 My friends had the pork and mahi mahi tacos. They were blown away, saying it was the best meal of our trip so far! 🌮🐟 But what truly sets the Bitter End apart is the incredible staff. Their warmth and efficiency made our stay truly unforgettable.

Though we’ve enjoyed our time at Scrub Island Resort marina in the past, the Bitter End Yacht Club has now taken the top spot on our list. Not only is it more economical, but the ease of docking, combined with the exceptional service, makes it our preferred choice.

Paradise Found: Unforgettable Days at the Bitter End Yacht Club

I am enamored with BEYC.  We were bareboating and stayed in the bay on our boat, and went there for dinner, drinks and to get some groceries.  As always, the food is delicious,  I had lobster and it was cooked to perfection.  The beachfront and bay is beautiful, the grounds are beautiful and very well kept, staff are so nice and attentive, and the shop and market have great products.  We wanted to go to the Baths and not move the boat and to our surprise they have a free ferry service that runs on the hour all day, to and from the ferry dock on Virgin Gorda.  They even arranged a taxi to pick us up at the ferry dock and then bring us back when we were done.  You have to let the front desk know when you want to take the ferry.  The market had good food but we were trying to re-provision our boat and didn't have everything we were looking for.  That said, it isn't a supermarket so this is totally understandable.  Boat users can use their showers for free.  We didn't so we don't know what they looked like.  The shop had lots of clothes, accessories, and fun stuff.  Some pricey but that is expected as this is a higher end resort.  They have some rooms at the resort but because it was totally destroyed by Hurricane Irma, they are building a brand new hotel building.

Amazing as always

Our group of friends ate the set menu for Christmas Eve.  Two of us ordered the salmon, two the lobster, and one had the lamb shank.  The lamb shank was superb- perfect in every way.  I had the lobster with truffle mashed potatoes.  I am not normally a fan of mashed potatoes but I am not a convert.  So delicious.  The lobster was also perfectly cooked and prepared for ease of eating.  Our friends enjoyed their salmon but I think the lobster and lamb were better choices.  Starters and dessert were also good.  The friendliness of the staff was so wonderful.  What a way to celebrate Christmas!  Thank you Bitter End

Christmas Eve Spectacular

Great Marina and Restaurant. We reserved a slip for an overnight stay on our catamaran.  Everything is new and clean and functional after the hurricane.  Plenty of power and water and showers for the cat and family crew.  The food was great and the service was friendly.  Met some nice fellow travelers.   Sheltered harbor is great for noodling around in the dinghy and kayak.   We will definitely come back.

Great Marina & Restaurant

This past fall (Oct 2023) we visited the BEYC on our Boat, CABO. We stayed two days on a mooring ball and another 4 days on the dock (rainy weather). Plus, another two days in November on a mooring ball when we had guests with us.

The BEYC is such an easy place to visit and be. Everyone is friendly, personable and willing to assist and make the visit memorable. Whether it be at the quarterdeck, watersports, the shop or market, the Boat Bar or at the restaurants, everyone goes out of their way to make us feel welcome and appreciated. 

Over the past two seasons we have gotten to know many of the staff and in addition to their 5-star service they always provide, we consider them friends. As beautiful as the islands are, when we leave, what we miss most are our island friends at the BEYC.

Bitter End Yacht Club - A place to be

Great bar and great selection of drinks.  Mister Saturn is  the best bartender on the island. He make us a spicey margaritas and delicious negroni. Definitely will come back again to this such a beautiful place.

Great experience

We absolutely  Bitter End Yacht Club!!! Came here in 2022 on a catamaran and rented a slip.  Super great accommodations.  This year we are island hopping by ferry instead of on a boat. Took the super quick and convenient (and free) ferry over to the island for the past two days.  Just a quick cab ride over the hill from Leverick Bay Resort.  Just as great!!  Wonderful bar and restaurant.  Immaculate place from the grounds to the restrooms and everything in between.  The staff are all phenomenal!!! Especially the bar staff! Kishma is truly the best!! Happy hour from 3-5 with 2 for 1 drink specials for two drinks.  Super cute boutique and market for everything you need that you can't get from the bar and restaurant.  We asked the front desk how to get over to Saba Rock for a few hours and the front desk guy took us on his dinghy.  So accommodating! The lounge chairs are super comfortable and the water is beautiful!!! Keep up the great work Bitter End!!! Can't wait to come back!!

Amazing Amazing Amazing!!!!

No trip to Virgin Gorda is complete with out spending a day at the BEYC.  It is a destination all it's own and should not be missed.
The rebuild after the hurricane is nautically gorgeous, the staff so happy to be back, the grounds so tastefully done and the restaurants and bars are exceptional. There is a history here.......and it shows. The magic lives on.  
BiBi looked after our every need for our dinner reservations.  
She could nt have been more attentive and kind.  Everyone bent over backwards to look after us.  The food was fantastic. Best Anegada lobster ever !
We will be back again and stay  much longer !
