I am staying here with my Mother and I just have to say that the staff here, especially Carla, are probably the most dedicated, friendly and helpful staff I have ever met in a hotel before. I wish I had learnt more Portuguese but communicating via google translate does the trick and they are so patient to allow me to do this. Carla however, speaks perfect English so this makes things easier. She is a beautiful girl inside and out as are her colleagues. One day we wanted to have a massage and Carla actually walked with us a couple of block away to help us make an appointment. The staff there only spoke English but she translated everything for us and really went the extra mile. The breakfast is more than adequate, the rooms are spacious, clean and have good air con. The showers are also great. I cannot believe this hotel is so reasonably priced for its location to all the lovely restaurants on trip advisor. I definitely recommend this place!!
