The area is huge and beautiful, with chairs and hammocks to chill out and enjoy the beautiful beach with an even more beautiful sunset and a incredibly beautiful sky full of stars like I've never seen it before. The breakfast is delicious and the WIFI works fine. The owners, Hernan and Consuelo, as well as the other staff, are very kind and helpful - I didn't bring enough money with me (no ATMs on Boipeba!) and they helped me out. Also they would organize tours for me ("Volta da Ilha" is a must do/see). Thanks again! The room is nice and clean, the little "balcony" (which I only used to dry the towels) however has a looooot of little nasty flies. But then again: it's in the middle of beautiful mother nature ... As a woman travelling alone I was scared to walk the beach in the dark. Everybody says it's tranquilo and safety question isn't really that big of a question on Boipeba. But still, there are ca. 200 meters complete darkness if you walk to the Center. They offer a flashlight which you really need ... At some point I did it - and really, everything went fine. Thanks for convincing me to stay the full time :).
