Luxury Apartment at Peo

i booked my hotel through expedia and it got all messed up.  Witness the owner of Peo Luxury Apts was able to get me short notice accomadations at his location.  Since i was there on business for a week I needed a quiet place and internet and a modestly comfortable room.   Peo provided that for me.  Witness did and exemplary job with my unique needs.  His help allowed me to finish my work 2 days early so I could go do a safari for a day.   There hospitality is one of the finest I've had.  If your looking for a nice place to stay in Maun I recommend Peo Luxury Apts.

We spent 3 nights at Peo luxury apartments. We were in a self catering unit.
The unit was clean and comfortable.
The owner, Witness was extremely helpful and friendly. He gave us lovely recommendations for activities and also assisted us in making the bookings. He made up for all the minor things which needed attention in the unit. (Eg. There was only one teaspoon,  lightbulbs needed in the lounge). But even so, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend the lodge.

As we were left without accommodation by another place despite having booked it well in advance, we found ourselves at Peo Luxury Apartments . Staff was extremely nice and helpful, the room had all amenities needed and breakfast was very good. Relaxing and peaceful. Unfortunately no view on the river. 

I also was messed up by Expedia.. it seems this happens more often down there? They should get their act together..I had a paid booking with so -called guarantee at a new place called Staymorr, which by the way seemed very nice.. but no room for me there - they had told expedia.. but anyway..not nice to sit and wait after 30 hours travel in the heat ..but I was taken to this place and given a small flat as I had to have a meeting that very afternoon. Bed room, bathroom and living room very nice.. and  small kitchenette..I could order a meal from outside for dinner.. and I was given eggs and butter to make my own breakfast. The Tv had a good choice of dstv channels. I felt safe and happy.

I didn’t stay here. It was fully booked.

Last minute booking but great choice! 

Very nice place- can be recommended!!

We had booked a thatched cottage for 2 nights, but due to a lack of water, we were given an apartment. This was ok. Can't help the weather! However, the apartment was very poorly serviced. Shower drain blocked, ultimately flooding  the bathroom by the second day. There was just a general lack of attention to making out stay comfortable - no toilet paper, one cup for 2 people, a kitchen but no cooking tools (pot, pans, teatowels). The pool was very dirty, so didn't risk getting in. There was good Wi-Fi and good security. Just felt like the owner has given up on the place and no longer really cares about the guest experience 🤷🏻‍♀️

Look elsewhere 

The towels were all dirty and we asked to change them. Dark spots on the beds but had probably been cleaned. The swimming pool is actually tiny and was dirty so we didn't use it. We waited at night quite some time before someone opened the gate to let us in. 
However good size of the rooms, bathrooms and kitchens. Wifi included.
These appartements can't be called "luxury".

Disappointed - not luxury apartments at all

Terrible i booked this morning for 5 nights money has been taken immediately upon booking... Next
best thing i recieve an email saying my booking has been cancelled!!! WHAT😲
SHOCKED!!! Refund takes 10days...
Apparently sumthing wen wrong with they system so my booking got cancelled how inappropriate!! Now looking for a whole new booking😏

Very Dissatisfied 

Booked & prepaid weeks in advance but when I arrived they told me that they were fully booked. I had to look for another place to stay in such a short notice.
