Bedrooms are clean and spacious but room 6 bathroom had an off smell and wierd plan where bathroom window is within the bedroom. Bathroom needs better cleaning and change toilet brush. There was noise at night  from other guests and rooms are not sound proof.

This is a very nice place, very familiar, close to shops. the place is always clean and light is everywhere. really a good place to stay in when you visit Gaborone. it is also very affordable, and great for a business trip. wifi and ac are available!

Love being there

Hana Guest house provided really good service, from the free airport pick-up to the clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfasts were great, plus tea and coffee always available and included. The place has a friendly atmosphere, and good wifi, and is centrally located.

Central location & friendly service

We arrived at night and they were able to open for us. after we moved our luggage to the rooms allocated to us we were told that we were allocated wrong rooms and had to move to other rooms but then the manager said we can move only one room and leave the other as we had already settled. the ladies helping out couldn't understand us but the manager was friendly and helpful. the breakfast was not appertising though, the rooms are spacious and very clean, i like the fact that it is also near the Riverwalk mall as we had to go get dinner there

Stop over place

Stayed at Hana for 1 night. The room was very spacious and clean with AC and WIFI. Breakfast was not the highlight of the stay but  overall It 's a nice place to stay if you are stopping over in Gaborone.

Ideal place for a stop over

My friend and I arrived mid afternoon after a long drive, as it was hot we asked for a glass of water. This appeared to be a problem until the staff found a glass! We were shown to our rooms only to find neither soap or toilet paper! These were provided shortly after we asked.  Rooms were clean and were fine the Bedside lamp  had no bulb, this was rectified. Most of the time there was no one in reception to respond to requests..
Breakfast was poor, a single  apple and  glass of weak orange juice supplied, a cooked breakfast was barely cooked and arrived on stone cold plates.
This could have been a nice stopover if these problems were attended to, the rooms were fine and a good location in a nice neighbourhood nearby the Riverside Mall.
