We had the pleasure to be invited to a wedding in Kaktus Hotel and it's been wonderful !
Room, quality of dishes, service were perfect ! The prices are quite low so I advise this hotel to the persones who want to spend 2/3 nights :) See you soon ;)

Perfect !

Hotel is very nice, i especialy liked the bedrooms and food is good too. I reccomend this hotel if you are going in Medugorje, but some hotels are much cheaper. I said that food is good, and you also have an a garage to park your car.
Toilets are clean and TV has a lot of chanells. Service is good and precise, and they speak foreign langulages. To sum up, hotel is great 



Hotel is great for family and friends

All in all we are very satisfied with our two nights at this hotel. The staff were fabulous - friendly and accommodating. Rooms were pleasant and good aircon. We had lunch and dinner here which was great. The breakfast was very simple (some light bread, crackers, some fruits etc) so we decided to eat breakfast on the way to croatia the day we left. The drawbacks for us: the cot for the baby was broken and they could not replace it. Also, they din not have a high chair. Not practical for us, but luckily there were not many people at the restaurant and we could have the baby on the floor.

A pleasant stay

we travel by motorcycle and change destination every day. we look for hotels that are convenient as a location and good and clean enough for a good night sleep. Our choices are normally average. this is a good hotel, recently renovated. very kind staff. Need car to go to Medjugorie..

best in the area

Sadly the hotel was much like Fawlty Towers, the bar having no draught beer - but having to fetch it from the floor below, the barmen unsure whether or not a credit card could be used, just the one incredibly slow lift, etc.   The room was very tired looking with light bulbs missing, duck tape over a hole in the door and absolutely no Wi-Fi.   To their credit, the buffet meals were of a higher standard.   In a poorish area, the staff did their best.

Memorable for the wrong reasons

Very basic. Food not too good, but rooms were clean. It met the needs for one night, but wouldn't like to stay any longer.There are certainly better hotels in this area especially as it covers the pilgrimage area of Medjugorje

Part of our tour

I can’t believe our tour agent booked a night for us in this roadside hotel in the middle of nowhere.
My room was very small and couldn’t get fresh air due to locked window. The worst part came in the morning. Ceiling of the bathroom was leaking like a shower. I had to left the room very early and use the restaurant’s WC. The receptionist appologized for not providing another room. The only good thing was the staff trying to be helpful and food was above average compared to the hotel’s general condition.

motel, not hotel!

We were traveling with RSD Travel on a half board tariff. The food was uneditable. Located in the middle of nowhere. The house wine was home brew .the rooms were bearable but in need of refurbished. The settee was stained not good. Avoid . The only one  good thing was the barman was very pleasant.
