Booked this last minute as the favourite had sold-out due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Arrived late at night and checked in fine, no complaints, however after going to our rooms, the zircon was poor and the rooms were melting. bed linen was dirty and after 10 minutes in bed and getting bitten, i found bed bugs. My friend found the same and after complaining, we changed beds and found them again. We swapped rooms the next day and it was fine, however we were disappointed. The area the hostel is in seemed shady and wouldn't appear safe during the night and is about 20min away from the town square. The hostel doesn't offer food however has a kitchen you may use. Overall, wouldn't stay again.

Disappointed

Friendly staff and spacious rooms. Good simple breakfast. Little far from the city centre. Happy they had 24h reception, I needed it. The only thing I hated were the tiled floors, they were so cold on my feet.  

Good

You can tell this place is a bit different from other in Bolivia, a more European standard in some details. Room was comfortable and it had a good bathroom. 
Location, was far from the centre and breakfast was very basic.

Far from the centre

I really enjoyed my stay at 360 Grados Hostel. I booked a private room with private bathroom for $17 USD a night (Freaking Value right there!)

The room was very clean, bed was comfy, and there was a fan & TV included.

Breakfast was included, though I did not wake up early enough to really partake. 

I really was fond of the staff -> Owner Esteban and his uncle Rafael. They were nice, courteous, informative and made me feel really at home.

I also booked the Amboro tour through the hostel and it was enjoyable as well.

Amazing Value, Clean & Comfy Rooms, Wonderful Staff!

I really wanted to like this place and I was hesitant about writing this review because I avoid writing negative reviews, however, too many things went wrong for me there.

Firstly, the shower didn't have hot water and the knob gave me weak electrical shocks, the mattress was really uncomfortable and worn out, and the AC was turned on only during the late night hours eventhough it was hot and humid.

Secondly, I saw a couple of roaches in the kitchen during breakfast. The breakfast is included in the price BUT if you check-in in the morning and want to eat, it would cost you 20bs per person and it is basic breakfast. It is arranged as self-served, buffet-like breakfast that includes margarine, jam, small banana,  tea/coffee and you are allowed to have a couple of small eggs which you cook yourself and just 2 small pieces of bread.
 
To be fair it looked kind of clean and part of the staff spoke English.

Thirdly, the family that manages the hostel has children and they are very cute but also  extremely noisy even after 9 pm. The rooms are isolated poorly, so you hear everything.

The owner Rafael is friendly and very helpful but his nephew who is also part of the staff comes out as arrogant and unpleasant to talk to. 

And lastly, it's a very dirty,  dangerous area. It's in the middle of a big market so there is a weird mix of local people, big amish families, drunkards and junkies some of them beg for money, a lot of children and tons of garbage on the street that smells horribly. On top of that, in the middle of the day, we saw how one gentleman was blatantly robbed close to the hostel in a minibus part of the city transportion network.

Sleep somewhere else, don't go there if you want an experience free of unpleasant images stuck in your mind for a long time.

Not Safe

We stayed in a private room with bathroom with hot shower. It was all very clean, the room had air con. and Wi-Fi. Breakfast was included every morning had fresh fruit and there is a kitchen with many utensils if you want to cook yourself.
The staff was lovely and spoke very good english ! They were very friendly and helpful and  offered excellent tourist information. A special thanks goes to Esteban the owner, a nice guy and good hearted always willing to help! He also organizes excursions and we partecipated in 4x4 Off-Road adventure and it was so much fun ! Would go again !  
In toto, this was by far the best and cleanest  hostel we have been in all of Bolivia.
Good location only 10min walk to the main Plaza. The market is just behind the corner.
Great base for Santa Cruz, I highly recommend !

Fabulous 360 grados

The rooms are immaculate, the air conditoning is freezing (if you want it to be!) the beds are comfy and the showers are powerful.
   The standard of this ‘hostel’ is amazing. You get so much for your money it’s very central and the WiFi has routers on every floor so you have full bars wherever you are.
  The owner Rafel is so helpful and kind, he really goes the extra mile to make your stay perfect
