Flavia's Hostal-Spa-Sauna

This place is perfect for a couple of days in La Paz. At arrival the friendly staff served me a drink and snacks as a welcome treatment. I managed to get a room at the highest floor with a good view of some parts of the city. Teleferico is located ca 5-10 minutes walk from the hostal and the staff calls a taxi whenever you need it. The direction is not the best so a good advice is to save La Paz in offline mode in Google maps and mark the hostal and show the taxi drivers. This will make everything easier. The breakfast is quite rich but not the best if you need fresh coffee. But it contains a sandwich of prefernce, youghurt and cereals and juice. I used the saunas in the basement and I must say, being a Swede and used to sauna it is really well worth a few hours. One of the sauans is a herbal steam sauna with a wonderful smell and the other is a normal dry sauna. In addition there is a big relaxing room and many showers. As a concluding part, the staff booked me in to restaurants, called taxis and helped me as far as they could. With my small knowledge in spanish we managed to go along really good!
