Stayed in apartment 7 for 4 nights with my partner and two children (aged 3 and 1). It is a great location just a few metres from the Grand Place. It is a discrete doorway but I had printed a picture from my booking which helped us identify the apartments from the surrounding shops. Owners were very helpful when we called for the code to the key box. No waiting around. Lift functional for getting our luggage and pushchair to the top floor. The apartment was great. As UK tourists it was lovely to have BBC 1 and 2 to watch on the cable tv. Kitchen had all necessary utensils and bits we needed to cater for our family for the 4 days (fridge with small freezer compartment). Convenience store just across the road and small supermarkets near by. The few problems we encountered were the bathroom was quite smelly and we could have used additional bedding as it was quite cold and there were no sheets for the additional cot for our 1 year old.

Brilliant location. Great price. Great place to lay your head.

We're a family of four only staying 2 nights. We wanted something inexpensive but close to main attractions. The studio is just around the corner from the Grand Palace square.  Parking is very difficult. You will not find anything close by so be prepared to walk.  The apartment is in the middle of pedestrian only areas. It's mostly cobble stone so best to bring back pack. We ended up parking at the Grand Palace parking lot for €16/day and took about 10 minutes to walk with the kids.  Not too hard to find but the sign is very small to see but it's across the street from the Bruyerre chocolate shop. I tried to email the contact twice a few days prior to get that info for check in without response.  We had to call twice when we arrived to get the code for check in. Took about 15 min which was inconvenient but not terrible.  The studio is decent sized, plain but decent.  Room was cleaned sufficient, again not spectacular but for the price I didn't set high expectations.  Had pretty much everything we needed except hand soap.  The studio we were in had the bathroom separate from the shower and sink which was a little weird, had to walk to the other side of the studio to wash your hands. The bathroom is poorly lit but gets the job done.  Overall for the price of $80 a night right in the center it's a good deal. You will find everything in walking distance.  

Decent for the $ 

The main problem of this apartment is the noise outside which prevents you from having a good sleep (even with ear plugs- I tried!). Beside the noise of the piedestrians, screams of homeless people till 3pm at least, the cleaning of the strees from 5pm and the installation of scaffolding at 4.30am make your sleep very scarce. Another drawback is the absence of a professional feedback in case of problem (Internet and hot water came up and down). I could expect a better service for such a service apartment. Value for money is poor! The strategy of the company to avoid poor reviews is to move from one booking platform to the other when the reviews are starting to affect the bookings. I will definitely not recommend this place.
The location is great and the contact with the manager was quick before the check-in. A friendly cleaner gave me the keys at the agreed time. The apartment was clean.

Noisy and not to the expected standards for a services apartment!

Location, wifi, bed. Spacious and natural light. All good. 

We found the place after walking around a bit. After phoning the day before (as suggested) to get an access code and being told we didn't need one because someone would be present at 2pm, we arrived at 1:30 and had lunch next door. No one was there at 2pm. 
The lovely man in the shop right beside the door was most helpful. He made a few calls for us. Eventually around 2:30 someone came to let us in. That was appalling. 
Other things that we didn't like:
No bedside tables. 
No bed lights. 
Main light didn't work. 
Hot water didn't work until we switched it off and on. Had to do that twice. 
Bathroom is very small, hardly any lighting, has water damage and the shower recess doors didn't operate well at all. There is no soap rack. There is no hair dryer. 
The sounds from the upstairs apartment sounded like elephants walking around. 
I rarely give bad reviews, basing my opinion on the cost of hotel/apt. Considering the cost of this one it was extremely poor value for money. 

It was 160€ for one night !!!!!

The description says it sleeps 4. As if. 
The couch would sleep ONE adult or two small kids. 
Find somewhere else to stay. We should have.

The organization has been very bad. We waited for the check-in although the apartment had been advised about our needs. Simply they don't care and the owner has never answered to my calls. The apartment is dirty, cleaned with superficiality. One plug was outside the wall, very dangerous for anyone and very close to the bed. Furniture old, damaged and dusty. Internet problems resolved by ourselves not thanks to the landlady that came just to pick up money. Very thin and uncomfortable mattress. Carpet dirty. I can't recommend this place at all.
