We were excited to arrive at such a nice looking place close to town and the hannenkahm lift. Unfortunately we moved out after our first night due to a catalogue of misunderstandings and unhelpful responses from Christoph. At first we thought the business slightly strange for not accepting credit cards but then things unravelled. We were initially given the keys to an apartment we had not booked. Then we were told we had to wait an hour for the apartment we had booked to be ready. We happily went out to explore town. The apartment we were then given was basic but well appointed- large kitchen with dishwasher, sofa, dining table, tv, reasonably comfortable bed, dated but serviceable bathroom. We did notice it was colder in the apartment than in the corridor outside. We couldn’t find any controls for the heating so went downstairs to enquire. This was met with a shrug, and ‘it’s central heating’ so nothing could be done. We went to bed with hats and socks on and still couldn’t sleep because we were so cold. The lovely cleaning lady tried to help us in the morning; we turned a few taps in the wall to see if that would help and she suggested we ask to change apartments, although we were warned to leave it till a bit later in the day. This we managed to convey easily despite her speaking no English and our German being rudimentary. We spent the day skiing and returned to ask whether the heating could be fixed, a heater found or an alternative apartment. After shrugs and half hearted agreements to help, we waited for some action. Nothing happened, so we were lucky enough to find alternative, friendly, warm, comfortable and convenient accommodation elsewhere for the rest of the week. 

I guess our stay would have been fine if the basic customer service was present. The rest of the staff were very helpful and the accommodation was spotless. 

Reasonable apartment in good location, let down by owner

Very calm and pleasant location near the center town. 
Appartement is very nice and modern, you Will fin everything you need. 
The manager is so kind, very helpful, adorable.
I strongly recommend this adress.
