484 reviewsDon’t hesitate to book …this is our 4th visit! 5* all inclusive luxury in every aspect of the hotel, great family rooms, incredible spa with water slide, jacuzzis, huge pool which goes from inside to outside, amazing adult spa with multiple steam and saunas and a family spa too where you can take the kids. The food is out of this world the best buffet and then at dinner you have a choice to have a 5 course Michelin standard meal or buffet and you have a choice of about 30 cheeses too with truffle honey which is a must! Never eaten so much but beautiful food and the kids loved it too! The customer service is excellent from the cleaners, bar men, waiters/waitresses to reception staff can’t fault them. I struggle daily with back pain (the beds are very comfortable) and the second night they added a foam topper to help my back. A special mention to the guys down in the hotel ski shop so helpful and charming nothing is too much trouble and so brilliant with our kids. Pop up the lift straight onto the slopes what more can you ask for! Our kids feel so relaxed in this hotel they happily go down to the kids play area where there is gaming, pool, table football, a climbing wall area so we finish supper in peace! So sad to be leaving and cannot wait to come back again!
